Love me some Smoothie King! No matter which store I've visited from Nevada to Tennessee, I can rely upon the same menu offerings, friendly service, and comparable prices. This location is no exception. The various and great flavors are offered along with a clean store and staffed with friendly and helpful people. Today, I decided to order a "Lean1 Vanilla" smoothie, which was delicious and akin to banana pudding. My order was quickly filled and tasted great! Love that this location also provides outdoor dog friendly patio seating. I'm glad to have another reliable Smoothie King location on my list. read more

We went there the other day and the girl at the register seemed annoyed with my questions. Definitely not friendly. The worst part was my smoothie tasted off. The Bag malfunctioned when I picked up the order and grabbed by the plastic handle on the bag as the worker handed me the smoothie. The bag handle ripped and the smoothie spilled all over the counter. She gracefully cleaned it all up and remade the smoothie. Good service. Everything doesn't always go perfectly, that's life. Place is HORRIBLE !!! I ordered 2 small Bubba Tea. The cup is more than half of ice. They charge extra .50 cents for the bubba and there is in the receipt a :NO CASH ADJUTMENT FEE of .43 for the use of a chedit card. My order from $ 8.00 Plus tax went to $11.33 total final price. The bubba was hard. Don't waist your money here. There are better places where is better and they dont charge extra for the bubba. read more

Laura and the cool crew at Smoothie King are my work day heroes!!! They know just what to make when I'm just needing a pick me up. I can call ahead, ask for my favorite and it's ready when I walk in. They open early so that I'm never late for work and my day gets started healthy, happy and ready to roll. I find it a bit of a challenge to describe how I feel about the newest location for Smoothie King in Ooltewah, Tennessee. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy the marquee lineup of smoothies. I particularly enjoy the Dark Chocolate Vegan. The Pumpkin Spice and Banana Boat are very satisfying too. There is an upgrade in the seating at this new location. So...what's the real deal about it? For me it's like going to a sports event anticipating a great game in which you will see your favorite player do what they do best. The seating is great, the field (or court) is quite "spiffy" and the bill board is like the HDTV you've always dreamed of sitting on your patio at home. Smoothie King in Ooltewah is like that. It's set up perfectly. When the big moment comes for the big game to begin the crowd "roars" in anticipation. When the finally players take the field (or the court) the colorful uniforms look great, but the players who take the field are not the ones you've read about. You look for them in the bench and they are not there either. You decide to sit tight to see if they come out as "subs" later in the game and they don't enter the field of play at all. Now the game proceeds as it should and there are some good hits, shots or passes. You watch the game and see the sport that you paid to see, but it just isn't the same experience. That's the way I feel about Smoothie King in a Ooltewah. It's got all of the right elements, but it falls short of the end zone. I'd like to see the customer experience enhanced. I'd like to see more charm and exuberance from the staff. I know that SK can provide a quality smoothie. The smoothies at fast foods outlets just don't measure up. With a bit more energy from the team maybe I'll feel like being in their store is something that they really appreciate. read more

I came in close to closing time when two young maybe high school age girls were working. One had an air pod in and the other that was making drinks was just setting them on the counter without saying what they were. As I was leaving I tried my drink, they made it wrong it tastes nothing like it's supposed to. When we tried to walk back in at 8:48 to get it fixed, the door was locked and they didn't even come to the door. Overall the workers did not care and my drink is terrible. Out of all the smoothie King locations in town, this is by far is the best. Service, staff, and especially cleanliness is outstanding. The other locations should take a look at this one and take notes! I was at the location inside Hamilton Place mall yesterday and the people working were not friendly at all and I noticed that the floor was filthy while I was waiting. Not sure I'll go back to that one. read more
