The meals are well put together, easy to store/prep, and they taste good!! I'm a pretty picky eater so that's always been a concern when trying a meal prepped option, but I have enjoyed the meals I've tried thus far! Meals are freshly made and then packaged for you to reheat at home. All the meals I've tried need 90sec or less in the microwave before they're ready - very convenient!! And if you're worried about costs, don't be! That was always a holdup for me as well, but these days eating out is getting more and more expensive. Plus when I eat out, I don't tend to eat very healthy anyways! Eating in gives me more time with the family and less temptations. I've found that having these meals ready for me saves me time, money, and the headache of "what's for dinner?!"
