Stopped by Bruster's and had an overall average experience. Service was decent. Nothing standout, but no issues either. Order process was smooth and staff were fine to interact with. For the ice cream, I tried the strawberry shortcake. It was okay, but the balance was off. Way too much shortcake and not nearly enough ice cream or strawberries, which made it feel a bit dry and underwhelming. My wife ordered the black raspberry chocolate chip, which also ended up being pretty average. The flavor itself was fine, but there were very few chocolate chips, so it didn't quite deliver on what you'd expect from the name. Terrible workers who don't give a fuck. 3 of us came here on a Friday (5/1) and ordered 2 COFFEE MADE WITH OREO ICE CREAM (exactly how it's posted on their menu, mind you). Both w/ marshmallow fluff w/ one getting Carmel sauce. Got our items and they gave us a cookies and cream, no fluff and a salted Carmel with Carmel sauce. Had to go back to get them to fix it. Worker sounded high af or just didn't care about his job. When we came up to the walk up to have them correct our order, the same guy took our ice cream back after we told him it was wrong and didn't say a SINGLE WORD TO us...just turned around to find someone else to help. Be so astronomically for real .... Decided to come back tonight, Saturday (5/2) bc the ice cream was delicious. Get in the drive through and we order a medium COFFEE MADE WITH OREO ICE CREAM w/ marshmallow fluff. Tell me why this worker then asked me "How many scoops come with that?" ...girl...it's posted on your menu I'm looking at and your app that a medium is 3 scoops. After responding with "umm whatever it come with is fine" she read my order back to me..."so a medium COOKIES AND CREAM..." ...I told her no and that I ordered the COFFEE MADE WITH OREO ice cream to which she said "oh..we are out of that". I drove off. 2 days in a row of bad customer service where the workers aren't even paying attention to their customers is not worth it. read more

I visited this location on 4/19/26. The night manager is rude and deserves to be FIRED. I asked to layer my pint with sprinkles and she told me that there was a sprinkle policy that says they are not allowed to do that. I know for a fact this location does because I have been ordering the same thing for YEAR! Not only that but when I called back for the owner's contact information, the same manager said that I had to tell her what the complaint was before she could give me the information then she said that she was not allowed to give out the owner's information. I had to call another location to get the contact information, which was given to me with no problem. I will NEVER eat at the Boiling Springs SC location again! read more

I absolutely love their Mint Chocolate Chip I.C. Ive tried so many places, and nowhere does it like them. Their all super nice, and compliment my cars each time I visit. I hope to become a regular customer for them Whoevers incharge of the music needs a raise btw! read more

Very confusing menu, long wait for the young crew inside to get to the window, and the "chocolate" ice cream paired with the coconut was... basically McDonald's soft-serve and didn't last very long walking the few hundred yards back to the hotel. All in all... not worth $6.00 for a two scoop waffle cone. read more

Brusters has some great ice creams BUT it seems they target kids' taste more, with very, very sweet concoctions. When they have a "normal" flavor, it seems that flavor comes and goes (sells out) in a day or two. read more

Wanted a chocolate shake for an after dinner treat. My Son and I visited Brusters for the first time. A dark, curly haired young Man with glasses helped us with our menu selections, sizes, and pricing. He was very informative for first timers. I had a delicious chocolate shake and my Son had a caramel coated scoop of vanilla ice cream. The price was reasonable, the service was great, and the order was fast. What's not to love about Bruster's? Massive portions, even the smallest size. Free cones for the littlest kids. And a wide variety of flavors that changes often. My favorite is the Blueberry Cobbler, but that wasn't on offer tonight. Instead, I had the Chocolate Peanut Butter Buckeye, which had big bits of peanut butter mixed through and the occasional buckeye candy. Delicious and I only ate half of it. I really appreciate Bruster's because of the convenience of their drive thru. The staff is very friendly and the ice cream is good. At this location, I got the key lime pie flavor and my husband got mint chocolate chip. The key lime pie wasn't my favorite, so I'll have to go back and try a more traditional flavor. We were staying at the Days Inn across the street and couldn't resist running over to Bruster's to fill up on their shakes and ice cream. Service was good and quick and there were a bunch of people there. Seemed like a pretty popular spot. read more

Love this place. Many many visits. Only complaint I have is the inconsistency in costumer service. I'm enjoying a classic ice cream cone, and for some reason the cone is stale. Very much a shame. Wow! This place is great. Large selection and legit ice cream....plus a Drive Thru!!! Definitely worth every penny.

My sister used to work here in High School. Subsequently I've sampled many of their tasty, creative flavors that are always changing. My favorite was always Cotton Candy Explosion, a pink concoction filled with pop rocks. Normally the ice cream is loaded and you can feel/hear the little candies crackling on your tongue. However, when I got a scoop today, it was more of a weak firecracker rather than an explosion. Maybe they're cutting back on the ingredients to save money in the winter/bad economy? The only thing that kind of sucks is that there is no seating and you have to either sit in your car or drive somewhere else to enjoy it. Fun tips: You can also get a half-price banana split on Thursdays if you bring your own banana. They also have free doggie sundaes for your four-legged friends. read more
