Another 5 star service for me. This location also has a drive thru, which is already a win. I came here after a workout and decided to get a bowl. Horrible experience I've had better service at the location downtown in the city . I order my drink and she tells me it will be out in a little 30 minutes go by then serve 3 other people that came after me that order at the counter like me! Girl didn't even know what my drink was they're just looking at each other like it's their first day on. You would've thought it was busy or something no. No one was there but me after they served 3 other customers that came after me and didn't even have the curtesy to upgrade my drink. Childish and unnecessary I came to this smoothie king and saw there was a drive thru so I was excited. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker a boy with no common sense screamed "HEEEEYYY HEEEEYYYY WHAT DO YOU WANT?" The speakers are blasting and it hurt my ears so bad. I said "give me one second please and he proceeds to say "yeah yeah yeaahhh yeahhhh yeah" the whole time in trying to figure out what I want. They're snickering over the mic. When I told him I was ready he proceeded to yell so loudly he couldn't hear me as I tried to place my order. At this point I was over it and just pulled off. I look inside and it's a bunch of children running the spot. Where are some adults? Clearly yall need to do some better training. Idk if he's a managers son or what but the customer service was obnoxious and horrible. I went to the smoothie king on zumbhel instead. This location has a VERY convenient drive thru and that makes starting my morning out healthy very easy! The menu has items for everyone based on flavor preference, or health goals! I always come to this location and never usually have any issues...every once in a while, my smoothie tastes weird or is made wrong, but it's usually pretty okay. Good amoothies, handsome employees (one named dylan) made my smoothies very very well. Chocolate hulk was to die for, also got the shredder strawberry and it tasted like strawberry. Also got the vegan dark chocolate banana: it was straight ahh..mazing! went there later in the day and got ten more smoothies: vegan mango kale, banana boat, angel food, carribbean way, lean1 chocolate, peanut power plus, activator strawberry banana, kindness in a cup, island impact, and slim n trim veggie. I have no family, it was all for me. And boy did i enjoy it. This really made my day and i would recommend it to any smoothie enthusiasts out there like me. Blueberry Heaven is an apt moniker for the wonderfully thick smoothie I consumed today! I've had a gift card rattling around in my purse for a while now and cashed it in on a 20 ounce today. It was the first time I'd been to any Smoothie King in a few years - and the first time at this particular location. It's super bright in the evening, but has those gauzy type shades that can be pulled down against the beating sun. A few tables dotted the wall along the front glass and closer to the area where I imagine a line forms during busier times. Some oversized, red, comfy looking chairs and sofas complete a rectangle to the side of the counter. I stood in front of the menu for a bit, my eyes roving. I came back to the Blueberry Heaven smoothie after briefly considering something with peanut butter. The service was pleasant and prompt. The smoothie was a fantastic consistency that stayed nicely t-h-i-c-k the entire time I sipped on it. Smoothies are my jam! When I am out on the road I prefer Smoothie King. It is so awesome that this location is now here. It's in an old structure but has been totally rehabbed and is very spacious with lots of comfy seating and not only smoothie and food related items but nutritional supplements and magazines as well. Unlike other locations this location has a drive thru and is totally great when I'm having this for lunch or picking up a afternoon coffee drink down the street. They have a really awesome happy hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays and on Friday you get any 32-ounce drink (which is their medium) all day long for only $5. I don't know how you can be that -you can't beat that! My drink of preference is a Caribbean Way (strawberries, bananas, papaya juice blend and turbinado). If you download their app you can receive free items and discounts. Also, everyone here is more than willing to explain what mixes can help you meet your goals (exp: meal replacement, fitness, energy, kids or just a treat). read more

I love smoothie king but this location is always short staffed and takes forever. Smoothies are still good as always!

The process of this place is absolutely horrible. We decided to go inside so we had more time to decide what we wanted. We walked in to find only two people working in the entire place - taking orders at the register, taking drive thru orders, and making the smoothies. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, a third person finally came out from the back and started helping, and he was dressed like a manager. We finally ordered our smoothies, then we waited about 20 more minutes. We watched five cars go through the drive thru, all the people who ordered in front of us, then 4 people who ordered after us all received their smoothies. We finally stepped up and asked them why four people behind us had received their smoothies but we hadn't received ours. They said they will find where ours were in the line, then two more smoothies get called out that weren't ours. We finally received ours, which was about 35 minutes after stepping foot into the establishment. I can tell you I will never go to that location ever again. I can't even give two stars based on the taste of the smoothies, they were mediocre at best. They were too thick to drink out of the straws at first, then it turned into not being able to much out of the straws due to large chunks that weren't blended well. read more
