Horrible customer service! They don't even have a direct number to speak to anyone at the store level and when you call their corporate office they don't return messages at all. I've tried for almost two months and no one will call back. The parking lot/drive thru is absolute insanity at this location resulting in wrecks and angry customers. Even the owners of some of the businesses around this location are fed up with the way they move the cars thru the drive there at 7-Brew. This place is way too close to the road to accommodate the cars and should've had more thought put into the infrastructure. As far as their drinks, they are very overpriced for what they offer and usually loaded with ice. They don't have any rewards system nor an App so it's really all saved by your phone number. Once I tried to walk up to the building just to buy a gift card so I didn't have to wait in the long driver thru (approx 12 cars) and they would not serve me. I was forced to buy a gift card in the drive thru. I feel like that's a poor feature. read more

Always pick the longer line in the drive thru here. No matter what if you pick the short line you finish 2 to 4 cars after the line that originally was one car longer. They need to work on the system of order here when they walk to take your order it gets jumbled or something. At times when 10 cars have been in both lines combined I'll be in the line for 12 minutes. That to me is wild when there is 6 workers. Ohh well guess I'll start picking the long line cause it's somehow faster every time. Or maybe I just have the worst luck when it comes to this place. read more

This has become my go to first choice place. I like that I can a sugar free Smooth 7 which is an Irish Cream coffee. They have a large menu and a lot of sugar free options for those who want them. Try a Peach Lemonade for Spring and Summer. Very refreshing. Staff is super friendly and the wait for beverages is way shorter than that "other" place. You can do walk up service as well. It's my first time at this location. 7 brew coffee is a double drive through business model similar like Dutchbros. There were two long lines when we arrived but it moved pretty quickly. You actually place your order with one of their staff members while waiting in your car, pay then drive up to pick up. My favorite here is the Iced Brunette ( hazelnut and caramel mocha) with 3/4 sweetness, or adding extra shot with regular sweetness. My kids got mango smoothie and strawberry lemonade today and they loved it. We also tried their Iced Chai Latte and Iced German Chocolate ( coconut and caramel mocha). I am not a fan of the German Chocolate, the Blondie/Brunette is better. Chai latte was decent, better than SB Chai for sure. We"ll try their secret menu next time. Highly recommend. read more

Awesome first experience this AM. Rolled through the drive-thru and was immediately given chick-fil-a vibes. Two packed lines and workers outside with iPads parading people through the line- and the quickly! The menu is shown under the coveted area, but unless the line is extremely short- best to look menu up online while in line or prior to going. The menu is super creative- not your traditional coffee joint. Only espresso drinks to be found- no cold brews in sight, which was fine by me! The menu and flavor options are extensive. Guarantee I could come here everyday for a year and never get the same thing; maybe even 2 years lol. The drink options seemed more frufru then I typically go for so asked if they could do a traditional iced latte with almond milk and any sugar free flavor they had. They had so many sugar free flavors- more than anywhere else I have been. I landed on brown sugar cinnamon sugar free flavoring and it was excellent. The sizes here are just my kind of style- a slurpee size of caffeinated goodness. The large is the perfect size (I think it was a large at least, I asked for the biggest size they offered). My drink was made quickly and perfectly and was around $7- for the size it came in, I'll take it. Will be back to dip my toe in the water of the frufru drinks :) read more

I have been here several times. I have had the iced coffee, tea lattes and pumpkins lattes. They are very delicious. The service is great! Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable about the coffees. The prices are reasonable and I like the program. I have had 2 free beverages in the past 2 months from purchases. It is very convenient and easily accessible from the street . It is like you drive up and order and pull off. Big fan of the blondie from 7 brew! They are typically pretty quick, however I can say last time was kind of slower than usual. Pro tip is to know what you want in advance. I've never heard of 7Brew until recently by an influencer. Her drinks looked so good that I had to try. So much so that I drove 40 minutes to try it for my study night I had. When I arrived the blue lights were very soothing to me. I ordered through the drive thru and the lady taking my order was nice and friendly. I got the white chocolate mocha with oat milk, chocolate fudge and 2 shots of espresso tho it normally comes with 4. It was $7.59 if I remember correctly. The drink was very good even though I forgot to get caramel syrup. Even though the drive was 40 minutes, I would go again for a tiny adventure to help with my late night studying. I've visited 7 Brew Coffee several times when out and about. It has a drive-through window where you place your order and never leave your car. An individual is standing outside the window and takes your order. I've always had a pleasant, polite, and personable individual take my order. The menu has several types of beverages available. Keep in mind that you can customize every part of your drink. Sweetness, foam, extra shots, sugar-free, or even make your drink a Triple 7 (6 shots for an extra boost). All the classics are available, and I usually order my standard large Chai Latte. Energy drinks, fizz drinks, teas, and lemonade are popular with some of my friends. I occasionally order the tropical pina colada smoothie, which is very refreshing on a hot day. I'm happy 7 Brew is on Main Street close to The Shops at Perry Crossing. I am a coffee snob but wow! This place is fantastic. If you've ever been to Dutch Bros in Colorado, this place has a very similar feel. I got the blondie which was soooo delicious. I asked for half sweetness and they made it perfectly. There were quite a few cars in line however they move very quickly and I was in and out of there within 5 minutes! If I could give this place 20 stars I would. Truly the best or close to the best coffee I have ever had. I came here this morning for the first time since I was in the area and usually I'm on the other side of town so not super close to a 7 brew. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and the employee I had take care of me was SO sweet! I got the iced blondie and man was it delicious. Prior to this my favorite coffee I've ever had is the golden eagle from Dutch bros, but we don't have those out here and I haven't found anything similar enough to it. The blondie was so close to the golden eagle and maybe even better!! The medium is actually a great size and not too small. This is a great new, much needed drive thru coffee shop in Cottleville. I believe they are waiting on some menu boards to be installed, so when you enter the line you currently have to scan a QR code to see the menu. It is a large menu of drinks with a lot of different syrup flavors (syrup flavors aren't on the online menu that I could find). As far as food, I believe all they have is muffin tops. On my first visit they gave me a sample of the chocolate chip muffin and it was moist and delicious. The employees I encountered were super helpful and friendly. The coffee I ordered had a good robust flavor, but not overpowering or bitter. At least right now, their prices are considerably less than SBucks which is much appreciated. read more

Unfortunately, it looks like I stuck around too long. The past 3 or 4 times I've been here, the coffee itself has been super inconsistent. I always order the same thing, with the exception of sometimes changing the syrup. The first few times I came here, the coffee was perfect. I could taste the extra shot of espresso I always order, and the amount of sweetness was just right. Fast forward to the last few times, and the coffee was super weak. I think I'd have to add another shot or 2 of espresso to make it taste like before. The flavor of the coffee isn't bad, but it's not the coffee I want. I love the taste of coffee; I don't drive here just for flavored milk. I think the last time I went here could be my last time ever. The employee who took my order was the only one taking orders as the place wasn't busy at all. I think there was one or two other employees making coffee. I had never seen any of them before. I ordered my coffee the same exact way I always do and, like I always do, showed my military ID. The woman taking my order told me they only do discounts in uniform. I told her they always do it under first responder, and she said they don't do that. Um, what? Look, I know discounts are not guaranteed, but when you are expecting the same price every single day, and someone tells you they don't do that? Yeah, it's frustrating. I was there the day before, and the day before that, and always the same thing. I asked her if that was a new thing, she said no, then deflected and said I had a free coffee if I wanted to use it. Well, I said yes, she said she could make it a large, and she sent it back to make it a large instead of a medium. Basically, instead of dealing with me, she sidetracked me with using one of my free coffees. So, obviously, I was going there all the time to have free coffees sitting there. Anyway, I was frustrated and not willing to sit there and argue. Like I said, I know discounts are a luxury, not a guarantee, but it gets very irritating when you have a set routine and a set cost, then an employee says they NEVER do that. Hmmm... Anyway, my free, large, almond milk latte with an extra shot and a splash of sugar-free vanilla? It wasn't good. It was even weaker than the past ones had been. I suspect the medium wasn't with an extra shot and when it was sent back to be sized up, they just dumped more steamed milk in it. All this frustration for yet another cup of hot milk. I know I'm probably coming across as a whiny customer, but as a veteran who no longer can work, I was expecting a certain price with a certain quality of product. Both expectations were dashed, and I unfortunately am thinking this was my last attempt. read more
