I don't enjoy whey protein and Slim N Trim has whey protein. The service at this location is better- more staff was added. With more people on the team, the atmosphere is better. Every time I walk in, Noah is holding it down with top-tier customer service and somehow remembers my go-to order and my random life updates--feels like I'm talking to an old friend. Love this place. The smoothies are the best. I usually get the banana boat with extra banana. On Fridays they have $5 32oz smoothies. That's amazing. I will be back on Fridays. Also, when you check on with Yelp you get $2 off. So Fridays the smoothies will be $3 for a 32oz. read more

After a nice WARM walk on the St. Pete pier, I was reallly craving a refreshing cold beverage. Remembering that it was $5 Friday, I quickly turned to Yelp to find the closest SK and make sure it wasn't a dud. This is one of the larger smoothie king locations I've ever been in. It has two entrances (one conveniently leading from the parking lot in the back). All of the employees working there were extremely nice! They have a single unisex restroom which was an added bonus for me and my small bladder. There are 2 tables out front, so my friend and I took advantage of the nice weather (76 degrees in December) to social distance and enjoy our drinks. Angel Food cake for me every time!! read more

There was a bit of a line, but she was doing everything she could, always making 4 smoothies at a time. You'd get to the counter to order and you'd have to wait because she had to make the smoothies for the last 4 people. And I don't know how many online orders she could have also had. That girl deserves to get paid double for today and a raise and whoever scheduled for her to be by herself like that should be fired or at least given a talking to. We were told by an employee that he couldnt take anymore orders for the day because his other coworker had left and was having a mental breakdown. We were visiting from California and went to smoothie king (around 11.45am) , first of all there were 3 people in the counter who were talking to each other and didn't even greet us or even give a welcome smile. We didn't think much about it and my husband said hi and there was no response for that also. We then looked around the menu to see which we should order, then a white guy comes in and was greeted so enthusiastically with a 'HI'. What a racist place so we left without ordering anything and the people in the counter didn't care that we went without ordering. Let me tell you there were 0 customers except that guy. We went to trophical smoothies instead and was very happy with the customer service. Smoothie king threw a very bitter taste for us about florida in general.
