I enjoy Smoothie King and I have made this location the place I come to after phyiscal therapy twice a week. I enjoy the service because I use the app which helps with the wait in the drive thru if I dont go in to grab my smoothie. The ambiance inside is pretty nice everything is always so neat and oragazined which helps when you may be looking for a certain snack or protein powder. They have alot of smoothies to choose from but me being a creature of habit I find myself ordering The Activator with strawberry and banana with no protein powder and they knock it out of the park almost everytime. Placed an order at the speaker, waited in line behind 1 car for 20mins and get to the window and they ask what did I order. The order was not ready and I ordered all the same size smoothies and was given 3 different sizes and over charged. This is the worse experience I have ever had at smoothie king. The kids that work there clearly need more training. read more

This is my first time at this location! I always ordered the same smoothie. The cashier suggested a new smoothie for me called the Pineapple Surf. I was hesitant but I glad I took his suggestion because it was the bomb.com and so smooth and creamy. Definitely my new fave! My receipt says his name is Myan M. He had impeccable customer service! I love GREAT customer service! I'm not in the area but I'll take that drive for a great smoothie and customer service! I can tell the manager was ready to go that was my only issue because I didn't feel valued as a customer by him. Also, I was concerned because nobody was wearing mask and serving smoothies.
