I know the world is full of all kinds and everyone has their own opinion on things. But if your opinion on Spicy Nacho is anything less than 5 stars then you're wrong. #SorryNotSorry Mrs Carlette is a veteran, and I love supporting veteran owned businesses! She is the kindest, friendliest person I've ever seen in a customer service position. When you visit, you will see her working just has hard as who she has working with her. She is always smiling. Some people might not think this part is relevant to a good food review, but I do because service is soooo important and clearly something that has become a lost art among many in a service setting. I've never had a problem here, but I have watched her professionally handle an upset customer who tried to smear her business on Facebook. Professionally handle!! Now onto the food. Whew!!! I don't even know if know enough cool adjectives to describe how incredible it is. She doesn't skimp on anything!! Anything!! You will have more than enough of whatever you order. These snow balls aren't just thrown together. They are crafted. I highly recommend getting the extreme cream in whatever flavor you order! Trust me. Get it. Her nachos aren't regular ballpark concession stand quality nachos. They are top notch. She takes pride in what she serves and it's only the best. It shows in all aspects of this business. Spicy Nacho is closed on the weekends. But she has two children who are involved in various actives that she doesn't miss. What am awesome Mom!! With the line literally wrapped around the building and often times down the side of the road just to get in, I don't think she's hurting missing two days. I think it's greatness! Priorities. I love supporting this business. I do not know Mrs. Carlette personally at all. I have just watched over the last few years of living here how she carries herself, how she treats her customers, and how much she loves her kids. I admire her. I love these snow balls!! I have tried the root beer, chocolate, cream of coconut, strawberry and spearmint. All have been tasty. For about $8-10 you can get a snow ball with a pineapple and cherry. For about $12-13 you can get marshmallow on top and I highly recommend this for the experience. Its typically a longer line but its part of the experience.
