I have enjoyed each visit to the shop. In a market where exploring audio is near impossible, their hours and availability are much appreciated. I drop by the shop every so often to see what's new and to listen to the flagship products. I have not experienced the design aspect of the business and do not have much interest in home automation, but they have great options. I am an audio guy, and really appreciate the variety. I would live to see some of their products showcased a little better. But I'm not certain they could do that with the space they have. I do not make purchases often, so when I cone in, it is refreshing that I am not treated as a spectator. But I am given excellent care. And allowed to listen.
