This company is too cheap to send itemized statements and bills. They want you to pay online. You…read moredo not get your account number, therefore you can't pay online. You have to search to pay a bill. It is not as if you are the customer. You have to spend time doing searches to pay a bill. You are not sure what the insurance paid nor what you are being charged for. The customer service employee I spoke with had terrible English. The prices are too high. You can order the same thing from Amazon less expensive. They also harass you for orders and to buy things you don't need. I don't recommend this company.

The lady in the window whose name was Angela asked me if I knew how expensive my two prescriptions were. I said no I did not. She informed me that it would be over $140 she said let me see if I can get you a better deal with a discount card, she checked and was able to save me over $70. This was without my asking and her just providing excellent customer service. I believe she is a true asset to this location.

Now when I check my CVS app it says they filled it. When I called them they said that isn't what filled it means. Um. What else could it mean. The tech said it means that's the date the Dr. prescribed it. When I told her he prescribed it on 11/23 not 12/19 she said hold on. Then the pharmacist came on after a long hold. She tried telling me that isn't what it means too. I'm so done with CVS. They must think we are all idiots. Now I am needing to go to my pharmacy in NYS to fill it. Luckily I am going home for Christmas and will have no problem getting my medication. I have had 2 concussions but I'm sure CVS doesn't care why I need it. They just give me excuses! I purchased the vehicle for Approximately $45,000 and when they called me back reported it was in an accident and could only offer me $19,000. They were deceptive with me when I purchased, and do not recommend using this organization. And the financial manager promised me a lower interest rate and was also deceptive about the final arrangements for financing. I do not recommend using this facility as they take advantage of people with disabilities.
