She rang up the purchase and I thought she said $40.00 and I said, oh I thought it is $20.00. She abruptly said that it is $20.00 - it must of been the accent. Then I put my credit card in and she "demanded" identification. I showed her my drivers license - I am 73 years old, and I am sure I look like a credit risk. My final response to her that it is almost a "thank you" for such impolite service. It is not so much what you say but how you say it.
