It was rattling and I could hear wind coming in through the passenger side. I had to go to the store so that they could look at it. They found nothing wrong. After that visit, I was able to get video of the noise coming from the windshield, and took my car back again. That time, they said that some clips were loose, and they were able to fix it. Unfortunately, the noise from the windshield continued. I called to let them know that I was still having problems and the person I spoke with on the phone said that I had a second full windshield repair, which I definitely had not. I had gotten a text from Safelite, informing me of service completed, on a day that I most definitely did not have my car there. I figured they just mixed up a phone number. But no, they actually tried to say that I got my windshield replaced twice. The glass chipped in less than four months. The entire experience was absolutely horrendous. My windshield never was installed properly, I was told I received more service than I did and now it's chipped too. Each experience was a complete nightmare, rude service department, messy technicians leaving greasy handprints you know the drill you have been there. I decided to try Key for a regular scheduled maintenance; oil change and tire rotation etc. I am so happy with Key and will never go to another dealership as long as I am in the Dayton area. I was treated with respect and kindness. The service writer listened and asked appropriate questions and never talked down to me. I was actually greeted and had a pleasant conversation while waiting in the comfortable waiting area by Mr. Tobey himself. He even thanked me for coming in. In subsequent visits everything from making an appointment for service to the drivers that brought me home when I needed to leave my vehicle has been amazing. Everyone is kind, respectful, pleasant and great experience. Key Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram you have a life long customer!

A few days ago, my car broke down on I-71, about an hour from Cincinnati. I pulled off at the next exit and made it to the closed town, Bowersville. HP Automotive was the first on the list of places I googled for "car repair." Samantha, the office manager, sent a tow truck out to get me, and Gene, head mechanic and owner, stayed until 630pm trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. Samantha and Gene located the necessary part, but it couldn't be delivered until the next day. Gene and Samantha drove me to the nearest hotel (Holiday Inn, Wilmington, OH) and made sure I got checked in and taken care of. They also picked me up the next day when the part arrived and my car was fixed. This level of customer service deserves an award and recognition. And as a point of comparison - the closest Ford dealership offered no help at all. I understand that everyone wants to go home after a long day at work. But the Ford dealership wouldn't even help me look for a hotel. So yourself a favor and take your business to this upstanding, honest, and thoughtful car mechanic. You will not regret it.
