Called when I touched down at Twin Falls Airport as the dispatcher suggested. Thought I was getting a personal cab but driver told me the car was also for the airplane pilot crew. I didn't mind sharing the.cab but then he placed me in the third row even though the pilot crew had not arrived. I suggested I could sit in the front seat but he stated it was for the pilot. Felt like the days prior to civil rights for me--"get to the back of the bus BOY." On top of that I asked the driver to drop me off first as my drop off point was on the way to the pilot crew's drop point. Driver said it made sense but he had to drop them off first. Can't believe that! I asked him to call his dispatch person to try to get that changed but he didn't. Not going to use this company anymore read more

Pros - Cabs are clean and comfy, drivers are friendly and courteous, very professional. Cons - One of the dispatchers is very rude. I called for a set time to be picked up at my residence. Without acknowledging my request, she hung up on me. I called back to say that we were cut off. She responds in an extremely irritated tone that she "got it" and hangs up again. The cab did show up at my set time. The second time I called, I requested to be picked up. The same dispatcher said that they will be right out. 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting. I call back and an automated message comes on and says NOT to leave a voicemail because they won't receive it. Not sure what to think about that... Anyway, I called Checker Cab and they were out to pick me up within 10 minutes of my call. read more

I Will not be using this company in the future. The company I work for arranged a pick up for me. Unfortunately, they do not allow their drivers to wear masks during the COVID epidemic. I do not feel safe sitting in a car with someone who could have COVID. (The owner states one of their drivers has recently had COVID, and that should make me immune to getting it)?? Hopefully the driver isn't contagious at this point, and he isn't exposing several unaware unsuspecting patrons to this disease. The owner argued that she will reprimand any of her drivers that wear a mask. I use several taxi services, as I travel frequently for business, and they all wear masks. read more

I just called this company and gave them my address and explained to them that my address was hard to find and how to find it. They said a cab would be there within a few minutes. I called back 35 minutes later when they hadn't shown up and he said they had already came and couldn't find it. I explained that it was hard to find and I could give them directions or have the driver call me if they were lost. He stated that "they were too busy for all that" and that's why they didn't bother the first time. I explained to them that I would not be doing business with a company that talked to me like that and he hung up on me. prices are nice but their customer service is disgusting, they don't even ask you if you feel comfortable with another customer riding with you & they always say " they're late for another pick up " when the pick up that they had first should be they're first priority not just go and make you late for your job just because they feel the need to go pick up someone else so they won't lose a taxi fare snake rivers taxi drivers have the nastiest attitude and no respect. wouldn't recommend, but of course we all have opinions:)) read more

Let me tell you all my most recent experience with this "company." This morning, I called an hour before I needed to be picked up. I do this often so as to give them time to arrive. I use them to go to work because I currently do not have a car. So, I waited ten minutes past the arrival time I had requested. I called them. The dispatch said that they were running a little bit late and that they would be there any minute. That was at 9:50. I was supposed to start work at 10:00 and no later than 10:07. 10:00 rolls around. I call again. No answer. I start worrying. I call again, no answer. 10:02, no answer one again. 10:05 rolls around and I'm panicking and I'm PISSED! I hold a manager/key carrier position at my job and today, OF ALL DAYS, we have a corporate walk. My store operation policy strictly states that all key carriers are to be on time and present during these corporate store walks. I called again. NO ANSWER. I'm appalled at the fact that these people refused to answer my call when all I wanted to know was if I needed to call my back up ride to work. These shady ass mother fuckers would rather lie to you for your money than just be honest about the ETA of their drivers. So, the driver FINALLY shows up at 10:05. Doesn't say a word. I still have to grab cash from an ATM. I inform her of the stop. At this point, I am blazing pissed and I virtually have no control over my actions. I slam the door to the cab, walk into the store, grab cash, walk out. This was the cherry on top of my morning; I've met ONE driver who has had the kindness to apologize for being late on my pick up. For that, I forgave him. He's a really sweet guy. But this lady, oh my word, had the audacity to tell me that she would really appreciate it if I didn't slam the door to the van because the passenger side door gets used a lot. She couldn't even perform BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE by apologizing for the wait and the fact that I was late for work. Well, let me tell these people something right now. I would appreciate it if your incompetent dispatch would do their SIMPLE JOB of answering their phone in the event that their client has found another way of transportation to their destination. I would appreciate it if the drivers understood customer service. Because this company refused to answer my calls and refused to be honest with me, it almost cost me my job which took a hell of a lot more work for me to work up to than it does for them to drive around town all day. Luckily, I've developed such a strong work relationship with my coworkers and my upper management that they kindly vouched for me and had my back. I will not be using this company anymore and I highly suggest you don't use them either. read more
