I know a little more than your average bear when it comes to health and fitness, the trainers were not doing garbage check the box cookie cutter workout programming, everything I witnessed was legit and programmed for results. The space is spotless and well kept, the equipment is world class, and the staff was awesome. At the time of this post the day pass cost was $25 which is an incredible value in my opinion, I have paid far more for much less. If you are in the area run, dont walk to this word class facility. I almost want to move to Charlotte from Utah just to make this my home gym!

She worked the room in there this morning. She is attentive to everyone by constantly having her head on swivel to make sure you are doing your workouts correctly and safely! This is important to me as l've been at places that just let you do anything and don't correct poor form!! That climber almost took me to Glory, but I made it. Very awkward this time around on the climber, but I'm sure it'll get better over time. Today was the single sided class and I did enjoy it overall. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be in terms of survival haha! The toughest part for me had to be the climber, not gonna lie. You definitely will leave drenched in sweat. I brought in a towel to wipe the sweat constantly. I knew it would be hardcore when I saw how soaked everyone was from the previous class. But overall loved it here. Feels good to be back in this space with a new face lift.

I felt comfortable and empowered. Alex was great. He gave me great suggestions how to use what I learned at home. The venue is open and has a large breath of equipment to help you focus on training your core and specific muscles groups. I took a Momentum class that gradually builds in intensity. The Focus was on athleticism & endurance where the pace was 6 rotations (2 each at 70 - 80 - 90% off weights) on 6 different stations. Let's just say you can feel the burn! I also got adjust positions based on my flexibility and limitations. I like to give it 100% so I did change too much. It was such a great experience! I could see few monthly classes in my rotation. I really appreciate the private parking too. That's a huge plus for the area!

Attended weekend morning classes while in the area on vacation. I attended one 3G class and one 2G…read moreclass here. Today's instructor Sam is wonderful! I informed her of my injuries at the start of class so she checked on me periodically and let me know my form was ok. I wish my club back home was this size and layout! 15 stations, plenty of room on the weight floor so we aren't on top of each other when we do exercises, and a lot of fans for when you're heating up working out.

They tried to charge me for 2 additional months after I canceled and sent me the contract ,saying that if I am not gonna pay for them it's going to be sent to collections IN THE CONTRACT IT DOES NOT SAY THAT YOU NEED TO PAY FOR 2 MONTHS When I asked for check and confirmation that I am done with them they never sent it!!!
