The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is open 24hrs a day. The doors are locked after a certain time (for safety) but members are able to enter the gym with their membership card. Popped in for a good workout the other day and it was great. I've visited many anytime fitness…read morelocations and this one has to be one of the best. This location is quite large. They have a substantial area for weightlifting, cardio, and functional training. I also like that this location is kept up well. It's very clean and organized pretty well. They also have a studio room where it seems they hold classes from time to time. They have 4 bathrooms/showers and 2 changing rooms as well which are up to date. It also has a large parking lot so no worries there at all. I will say some of the equipment is not the most current, but it is well kept which is something I cannot say for all gyms with older equipment. Overall this gym is one of the nicest Anytime locations I've seen. I'll definitely be coming back soon!

The gym equipment is very easy to used and they do have trainers to help and guide you on how to do the exercise correctly. They do have a outdoor pool to used which they have a big bubble to cover the pool during the cold season. The gym offers fitness classes throughout the day. My personal time to come here is during the afternoon which be less crowded compared to the morning. The staff are always welcome and friendly every time I'm here.

She is definitely in the wrong job. They didn't show me around or tell me anything. I looked around myself. I went to change in the locker room and was immediately met with a rude member mad because I had not read a sign and followed a rule. She was mean. There are so many signs all over the place with rules that no one could possibly read them all. So I finally get out to the pool and even though they said free swim starts at 10:30, the aerobics class taking up the whole pool didn't end until 11. Honestly all of this really made me decide this place was not where I want to join. Also, the facilities are old and outdated. Would not recommend.

Great facility. Competitive pricing. Awful customer service…read more I went by several months ago and had my 14-year-old son with me. When I signed up I was told he would be allowed to work out with me under my supervision and he did. He came with me on another visit, and the young man at the desk was extremely rude. Stating he could not work out. At that point, I tried to cancel my membership, because being unable to work out with my son was a dealbreaker for me. The rudeness of the young man was to the point that I called the regional manager. They told me they would make an exception, but honestly, I was just done. Echoing what another reviewer said - it is almost impossible to cancel a membership here. Turns out my membership was not canceled at the time, and that's on me for not following up. But when I realized I was still being charged it was back running through the hoops again. It's a shame because I loved the facility and met several nice members. The people I've dealt with on the phone seem young and take a cancellation personally.
