Alright, they do have TONS of stuff in here. If there is a specific child clothing item you are looking for, you will probably find lots of options. However? If you're going in to browse, heads up; they have TONS of stuff in here. While many of the other GR boutique-style stores have impeccable layout and flow, Snapdragon is just packed full of stuff. We literally gasped when we walked in. It was overwhelming. Again, this can be good if you're hunting a specific item, and the shop keeper was extremely quick to offer help, but it wasn't the vibe we were looking for. read more

You can find a LOT of unique items here that you wouldn't find at a typical children's boutique! ⁣ ⁣ We are convinced they have the largest selection of bows in West Michigan! We have always had the best experience here. We came here when I was younger and I'm thrilled I get to continue shopping here for my baby.

The 1 - star review below is pretty dumb, so don't let that review stop you from going into this store. I did not go in to the store with my LV bag either, and I was assisted with excellent customer service by the owner. Snapdragon is good for basics if you ask me. I did have a lot of clothing for my newborn but wanted to fill in with 4 - 5 additional onesies and this was a great local store to complete her wardrobe. I am not interested in buy buy baby's clothing, and pink lemonade is not typically great for basics. With that being said, I wasn't crazy about the prints as girl stuff was pink and purple and boys were blue and green. I was hoping to see some more neutrals, and not everything SO gender specific. Again, the owner was very helpful, and I was able to find exactly what I needed. For all intensive purposes I left satisfied and able to accomplish my task. read more

So many cute items here!! It is definitely a boutique with unique looks and boutique prices. I recommend coming here before your baby is born to buy some of their cute newborn items that you may not find at typical baby shops like buybuybaby etc, and before you become more time and price conscious! One can definitely spend a lot of time and money here. I think I'm projecting. I could have easily spent so much time and money here had I come here pregnant. But after birthing twins my practicality lenses turned on and heightened. I unfortunately had to pass on so many cute things as I already have so many, too many, things for my twins. But alas, my husband and I didn't leave empty handed. We got our twins some Babiator sun shades. I had never heard of them - the owner was so informative and helpful in explaining the benefits or buying them. My husband always wants to buy shades so our babies are protected if they were to look at the sun but I lose these lil things so easily. Enter Babiator and their replacement program. I probably wont buy non Babiator shades again til my kids are much older. After leaving, I googled Babiator prices elsewhere and I'm happy that I not only didn't spend that much compared to Amazon and buybuybaby, but also that I supported a local business with their comparable price for Babiators. Do not waste your time or money shopping here. Came to buy my daughters dresses for a photo shoot. Alison (the owner) help grab dresses from inside and their tent sale. When it came time to purchase we were made aware that sales were in store exchange only. When we decided the dresses wouldn't work we went for in store exchange and were denied store credit for one of the dresses. Here is where I have my problem. When Alison's associates called to help resolve my issue, Alison was unwilling to help, when I asked if I could speak to her she said she was too busy to talk to me. Clearly not customer focused. I went into snapdragon prepared to drop some money as I had a baby shower to go to for my god child . I asked if they carried any milestone stickers and I was showed a couple of options and I picked the one I liked . I continued to keep browsing and as I was browsing the lady I'm assuming to be the owner came and grabbed them out of my hand without asking saying she'd put them on the counter because my hands were full ( they were empty ) . I felt as though I was being watched in the suspicion that I was going to steal because the total of 10 minutes I was in there I wasn't left alone to browse . I took my business else where to Hopscotch child and pink lemonade and left satisfied. I've never liked the owner - always has an attitude. However, I was in a bind and needed to grab a quick item for a baby shower and knew they carry the brand I was looking for. It just happened to be Black Friday so the item I purchased was on sale. When I asked if she could put it in a gift box, she gave me attitude and said that she'd "throw the box in the bag because the item was on sale". Mind you, the purchase was still $75. She ended up doing it but it was with huge hesitation and continued to say that if it were earlier in the day when they were really busy there's "no way" she would do it. In an age where you're competing against amazon, small local businesses need to understand that it's the personal connection and service that sets them a part. Clearly she doesn't get this. I will never go back and will purchase from Nordstrom or Pink Lemonade instead! read more

Cute kids store with LOTS of stuff. Everything from clothes to shoes and gifts and toys. The owner was nice and set some things aside for us after we originally called to see if she had something. Seemed accomdating and let us know our options for returning things if needed. I was surprised that she said we could return a teething ring if our daughter didn't like it so she seems to want us to be satisfied. A little pricey but not surpising for a boutique near EGR. Parking was easy with a lot in the back. Would be hard to maneuver in the store with a stroller or wheelchair if needed. read more
