After telephone calls to have them come back and inspect, we have not received a call or email back for help to come and check out the work. They also never returned any of my calls after the initial repair on other work we discussed. Along with the shoddy work on the roof, the customer service is terrible and unprofessional. Since we couldn't get back to the house for several months we went ahead and paid him in full. When we got to the house we found a few minor things that still needed to be done. Kevin & Lucinda, and their team, did a great job. They were patient and professional in spite of each setback, and the bathroom turned out perfect.
