This business was recommended by a friend who knows Ricky apparently I needed someone to look at…read morethe roof before the insurance adjuster came out after Helene tore through he showed up but never went on the roof and said that he would send someone out to take pictures and look at the roof but no one arrived so now of course its a mess with the insurance company and I need to find someone reliable to take a look.

Rickey Greer, Co-Owner of RNR Home Improvements, and another employee came to a house I was…read morepurchasing to provide an estimate for plumbing work I needed done, including replumbing the entire house. I received a written estimate the following day for $12,820, but I had some follow-up questions so I emailed both Rickey and the other employee, as well as cc'ing the other co-owner, Will Hudson, on Wednesday, March 16th. When I did not receive any response to that email, I emailed again on Monday, March 21st, and this time also inquired about a possible start date on the project. When I didn't receive any response to that email either, my wife telephoned on Thursday, March 24th, and left a voicemail message on the contact phone number listed for the business on their website (610-291-3799). It is now Monday afternoon, March 28th, and we still have never received a response from any of our attempts to communicate with them over the past two weeks, either by phone or by email. I don't understand why they bothered to come out to the house in the first place and write up an estimate if they had no intention of following through on the project. If this is the quality of their communication with clients when they're seeking business, I can only imagine what it would be like once a contract has been signed and they have their (your) money. I will not be attempting to contact them again. And I suggest that you not bother attempting to contact them either.
