He introduced me to Samuelsohn Suits, of which I buy a few a year. In addition to the suits, I also order my shirts here. Paul nailed the measurements the first time I was in the store and each of the suits I have received has been spot-on. Paul sends me swatches a few times a year and I order based on those. I've tried having suits made at other shops around the country, but Paul's attention to detail and gracious service is unmatched. I was able to make it New Orleans this week, so I stopped in and did some shopping. Super highly recommended.

We found a pair of stylish Adidas that fit the bill after a bit of searching and trying on. The staff was pretty helpful in locating the right size, and it wasn't long before my wife had her pair, and away we went back towards the hotel. It was very convenient that there was an Athlete's Foot on Canal Street; given the situation, so happy that we were able to find a clean, well-organized shoe store that was easy to navigate, ask for the right size, and get on with our stay in the Crescent City.

He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He had a great knowledge of the shoes. The first step is a 3D scan of your feet which helps them recommend the best shoes for your needs. I was looking for a shoe that would support me and help me avoid more issues with my knees. I tried on 2 shoes and decided to go with the 1540 which has good arch support along with the "rollbar " that goes around the entire shoe helping to keep your ankle from turning. Once purchased, you have 45 days to return and although I had worn them twice to work I was able to return them a week later for a wider size. I even convinced my hubby to get a pair as well. I loved that Nicholas was honest letting us know what we needed and helped my husband not get the wrong shoe for his foot. The shoes aren't cheap but well made and will last! I will definitely go back when I need another pair.

I call Journeys back to relay the information and the supervisor then again tells me they can do nothing for me. Let me note I purchased several pair of shoes on this order but they still chose not to stand behind their product because my shoe broke 24 hours too late. Never again Journeys, never again.

Then he started looking online on his phone and found something on Journey's website. I said we were just there, they don't have anything. He ended up calling anyway and they had the item in his size. So we got back out of the car and went back to where we started and there were some bright orange hoodies down low hanging partially hidden by the register. We got one for $40 and all was well. One employee remembered us from the phone call but it was another one who assisted us with the purchase. Then another shows up after having done nothing hovering over the one who rang us up. This new person takes the bag out of the hands of the one who handled our transaction. The drawstring on the bag was cinched at this point. Once the receipt printed this new employee took it as well and instead of asking if I wanted it in my hand or in the bag, she manhandled it, and shoved it through the very tiny hole in the bag. She should have been helping other customers instead of jumping in on the tail end of my transaction doing what was absolutely unnecessary. She is the reason for only 4 stars. Overall, this store has lots of the latest styles in shoes and some really cute tops, tees, pullovers, and other accessories. They have stuff for little kids, big kids, teens, and adults such as socks, laces, backpacks, wallets, etc.

I even got the UPS tracking info and it is not showing anything. When I enter the order# info it says I should have received my package by 6/17/26. What in the hell is Macy's doing?
