All of the other salons were either rude or told us they don't have experience with extensions or my friends hair type. Be aware though that the resort is historic, which some would perceive as dated. It's also off the beaten path, with most other dining options some drive away so plan on eating at the hotel a lot. My only other gripe would be that you have to make reservations for the pool, which is kind of a hassle.
