When we got there, a woman (maybe the owner?) greeted us in the front and explained the process. There is a larger selection of dresses than I expected and they are all protected in plastic. There is a card attached to each dress with helpful information such as available colors and the price. You can pick a few dresses and give it to one of the staff who then help you with changing into the dress. I liked their customer service. The young staffers help pick out dresses based on what you're looking for or what you've picked out and they were great with helping to change in and out of dresses multiple times. They do have a no-camera policy unless you've purchased the dress. This makes it hard to compare dresses because after a while I forget what each dress looks like and which looks better. I wish they would organize the dresses by color so that we don't have to go looking for the color we want. Even though the available colors may not be in the store, it's helpful to see the color in the style in person. In the end, we didn't find a dress here but it was a good experience with great service.

This inspirations has really great clothes, it is obvious that their employees pick items that are in good condition, especially compared to stores like Goodwill. Yes, the pricing is a little higher than other thrift stores but I think it's worth it. I have consistently found great items here like jeans and work pants. If I'm in the area, I always stop by. Also, since my first review I've never had an issue with staffing in the dressing room. Usually someone comes by to unlock one of the rooms when they see you waiting, all of the dressing rooms are usually full with other people trying on clothes but I've never waited long for my turn. I always suggest this thrift store to my friends and am always pleased with my finds here!

I was brought up shopping at Marshalls, but, after years of tediously having to hunt through racks…read morefor bargains and endlessly waiting on insane checkout lines, I had given up the hassle and stayed away. However, I was recently in the area of this location and needed to kill some time before dinner, so I decided to explore. Upon entering the store, I immediately noticed the picked through mess. There was low stock in various departments, as evidenced by the few remaining handbags hanging pitifully on the racks and the complete lack of a dress section. The store also had more one-off items, particularly in the shoe department. There were almost no endcaps highlighting their more designer items or those with extra stock and sizes. With all of that being said, I did wind up getting a sweater and did find the fitting room attendant and cashier both very friendly. Maybe their patience was due to the fact that the store was pretty empty for an early Sunday evening, but, regardless, it helped take some of the angst out of the experience.
