I went to Tina's today to get a basic pedicure and to get some tips off that Tina's had put on prior also had some toenail polish to be removed.it cost me $70 and they did a terrible job on removing the fingernail tips from their prior work they barely filed my nails after removing my nails are all jagged and they made my toe bleed.so needless to say I will not be returning and none of my family will either.[[HIGHLIGHT]]ans also I noticed while your in there getting service they attend to talk there language and then laugh and carry on as if you do not know they are clearly talking about you.not very professional in my opinion and one day somone will go in there with their translate app and bust them out[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] if I had a way to post my bloody toe I sure would read more

My favorite place to get nails done. Always get what I ask for and the techs have years of experience. Everything seems clean and sanitized. Prices are on the high end range but nothing exaggerated. Only thing I would complain about is about following track of appointments as I've made appointments several times but I still have to wait because walks in are prioritized, so I don't really see a point on booking. After trying a bunch of nail salons in the area, I have found my favorite. I usually get acrylics and a basic pedi. The team at Tina's does an awesome job. They are meticulous and don't disappoint. They don't make your acrylic nails super thick and don't drill your nails til they hurt like i have had done to me in other salons in the area. It's a small salon in the Chuck E Cheese's shopping center. It does get busy so i recommend making an appointment or going early in the morning. It is cash only, but if you forget cash they do have an ATM inside the salon. I would recommend checking out this salon. read more

I came in for a walk in for a full set and pedi. The wait was a little while, but I did not mind waiting. The pedi was perfect, I just got the basic one. I loved this place. They have plexiglass up to protect both us and them from COVID and everyone was wearing masks and gloves. Masks are required to be worn inside. I just got a pedicure but it was fantastic. The cooling gel and leg massage are definitely worth the extra couple of dollars. I love having my toe nails done since I work at a pool, but I struggle to find a salon where the nail polish doesn't chip after 2 days. I've had my nails in perfect condition for 3 weeks! Even after using bleach on a daily basis and wearing flip flops everyday. Their prices are moderate but not overpriced by any means. I'm looking forwards to getting lash extensions done here for $30! let me start off by saying i LOVE tina's! i have been loyal to them for the last 8 years of getting my nails done. the vibe and service is amazing... most of the time. i went in there today to get my nails redone and i got a newer guy to do them. i asked him to keep my nails the same length and proceeded to clip all of them off. i didn't ask for a manicure but he got the dead skin off with the little tool they use and he was so hard on them that it literally hurt. he then told me that i needed to put my nails in the dryer more slowly so i wouldn't mess them up and went over the bottom of my nails with a smaller brush as if that was the part that got messed up and didn't paint over them again so there is a gap on multiple nails at the bottom. again, this is my FAVORITE nail salon but this was one of the worst experiences i've had there even with a newer nail tech. he sits at table 8 at the very end. Ok. So I have been to this salon many times for pedicures and was happy. I even recommended the place to my sister for nails. Before New Years my sister took me for a gel manicure and it was wonderful - looked good almost 3 weeks later. So o went back for another. The lady was nice but when she was done I thought the color looked " bumpy" but figured it was just the shade I picked. About 4 days later one nail had a chip in the color and at 6 day had peeled entirely off and another nail had a chip. So I went for a polish change and this time the results look terrible and I have scabbing and soreness around one finger. $65 in 1 week for subpar nails. They have the talent in the salon but this woman needs more training because IF I do come back she won't be touching my nails. read more

Went and got fake nails put on with the gel. I wanted plain black with gold glitter on the tips. They failed miserably to do that. They looked awful. Then a couple weeks later I went and now got them awful looking things off. I paid $80 for them. Yes they are ugly but I'm not wasting my money. THEN they DID NOT soak my nails in acetone. They ripped my nails off with pliers. My fingers was bleeding. They isn't the worst pain I have ever felt in my 19 years of life. I will absolutely never be back read more

I was very graciously gifted a certificate for a baby shower and went to have a gel manicure. I normally do my nails at home and I love the outcome. The staff person who did my manicure was incredibly rude. She did not speak one word to me or ask me what shape I would like my nails. When I asked her to please make my nails more square, she ignored me. She continued to ignore me when I spoke to her very kindly. I understand that there might be a language barrier but a smile or nod are universal ways to communicate and show another person respect, no spoken language required. The experience left much to be desired. I also had to even my nails once I got home. I was looking forward to a nice relaxing time and fresh nails, unfortunately I got neither. I give them a 0 rating considering the fact that the guy who did my nails put the fake nail on crooked and when i pointed it out to him more than once he said he "fixed it" and then decided to tell me it was just my finger that was crooked. They have the crappiest customer service and are not even close to being understanding. Then when i called and asked if it would cost to fix them and how much it would be he told me he cannot redo them and that once again he did nothing wrong. Terrible! My mom and I came here together for pedicures and I wanted a full set with gel and she got a manicure on her natural nails. They didn't even clean the dirt out from under her nails!! She sat under the dryer for ten full minutes and messed one up when she got up. They fixed it. She sat under the dryer for longer. By the time we got back to her house every single one of her nails was chipped and smudged. My acrylics are so crooked!!! The paint job is sloppy. They were in way too big of a hurry. i went to get my nails done and i wanted a design, which they never tell you how much it is, and it looks like a 3rd grader drew it on. after 2 days 7 of the nails started lifting at the cuticle, which means they were not put on properly. jennifer did not prep them well. when i called tina said to come in and get them fixed. by the time i got there it had been 6 days and i was missing 6 nails and the seventh one was about to pop off. jennifer "fixed" 7 of the nails but told me she would have to charge me for a full set if she touched the other 3, even though they had begun to lift. 2 days later two of the ones she didn't fix have popped off and so i called to see what they could do. tina answered and told me that i should do them at home if i could do better. i have gotten my nails done there once and a different lady did amazing. jennifer and tina were absolutely horrible to me. tina kept telling me she was a professional and that it was my fault that my nails were falling off. i just wanted to treat myself because i have been working a lot lately and i paid $68 for them to fall off. i'm super disappointed in how the owner/ boss tina treated her customers when all i wanted was to have pretty nails and be able to relax. tina told me that she couldn't help me and to just do them myself which was super upsetting that a human being would treat another human being like that. read more
