My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE snow cone joint!! Out of the millions of little snow shakes around, this one is my absolute favorite. The ice machine they use actually makes the ice creamy. I love ice chewing but not in a snow cone; it has to be smooth sailing in my mouth, so that's why I typically pass on every snow cone place ever - except this one! The best flavor is Mango with cream -- oh so good! FYI: there are no bathrooms. There is little shade with the umbrella tables. Coming in the evening is very refreshing after a long day in the sun. :) read more

Only reason it got 4 stars was because I had a big chunk of ice right before my ice cream at the bottom. Other than that it was delicious. I loved the flavor group I got; Peach, Mango, and pomegranate. There were two options for snow caps and I got the sweet cream over the sweet and condensed milk. I love that they have those options because I really don't like sweet and condensed milk on top. We went after a hike and man it was REFRESHING. read more

Waited 40 minutes for a snow cone and we noticed when we got home that it wasn't even a glacier, even thought we did pay extra for that. The service at this place sucks. read more

What's up with the 5 star reviews on here? Maybe just our experience but not a 5 star experience. First off super immature staff who don't know how to do there job properly. Girl taking our order whipped out her phone and started texting right when we were about to order. Messed up both our snowcones so I had to go back up ask them to fix them. I like the ice super soft. But I got a mixture they suggest called Bahama mama and it was just not a good mix of 3 flavors. Like it tasted like cough medicine to me. I didn't even eat it. I like how much icecream you get in it though. Compared to other places you get more. My husband said he's was alright but would rather go to Lucky's or something else. Decent-to-good snow cones...poor customer service. Not to mention the employees were not wearing masks or wearing gloves. It took us a half hour to order our snow cones and then another half hour to get them when it was only moderately busy. Also there was a bug in one of our snow cones. We came Monday and we had to go back home after being told that the ice machine broke. We come the next day and see a big line because the machine was working again. First of all, we waited 20 minutes in line. People way ahead of us were complaining that they've already waited longer than 20 minutes. Finally, they catch up with the orders and open the window to get more orders in. They get our order and close the window (again!) to catch up with more orders, so only 10 people at a time could order and if you didn't make it into those 10, you had to wait 20 minutes or longer. Then we wait another 15 minutes for them to tell us that the ice machine broke and they would Refund everyone that didn't get the order. Fine, we were pissed after waiting 35 minutes and bad service already but we had to wait another TEN for them to refund us. So 45 minutes for NOTHING. I get that things break, I'm not mad about it, I'm pissed that whatever they're doing inside is not working. They're not efficient enough. They can only get a few orders at a time (yes, a few) and then they make you wait a lifetime to order and then another one to get your order, if you're lucky enough. read more

This place is great! The quality of the ice and flavoring is one of the best. We also love to see how our names will be spelled (last time my name was spelled Tarre) It's all in good fun. read more
