I've never had a haircut this fast bc my hair is long! And she cut my bangs way too short. I pointed to under my eyes and she cut it above my eyebrows than proceeded to say that it's bc of the round air brush so it made it shorter...the picture I showed has the girls hair styled and it was still underneath her eyebrows...she told me if I see anything wrong to come back and she will fix it (pretty sure bc she realized she F'D up!). No this can't be fixed bc it needs to grow out now. It's not even just the bangs but the face framing layers aren't even the same on both sides. One side has more layers...definitely felt like she was rushing. And she charged $45 and did not even wash my hair or put any products before she styled with heat. My hair was still damp. Save your money and just go to Chinatown instead for the same service. There was another customer there getting her hair colored so I don't know if she was in a rush with me so she could tend to her or what...I still left her 18% tip bc Im not that kind of customer to not leave anything but I'm so annoyed. Should have just stuck to the place I always go to but wanted to find an option closer to home.
