Jane accommodated me even without an appointment when I canceled everything including washing and shampoo and requested only hair cut which was not postponable.... appreciated that. The place is at par with most salons but the cleanliness really needs some attention. The table I was made to sit on was all hairy, and it was Not mine... she cleared out the hair of the previous customer below the seat, but forgot the table. I believe coming with appointment is preferable so might do that next time. I was in and out in 20 min flat, so again, appreciated that too. I got what exactly I had asked for. They do charge 3% on credit card payment and 0.35 for debit card payment. read more

I had such a great experience here! I sent a message early on a Friday and got a response as soon as they opened. I've been bleaching and dying a streak in the back of my hair for a few years - I've had it done professionally and done it myself too. I have a whole "hair history" since I have long, thick, curly hair that I am really bad about taking care of. Anywho, a few years ago I also started going gray - I'm not THAT old. Finally I couldn't take it anymore and just wanted to be one, nice, dark color again. Hence my trip here... Then saw me quickly and gave me a very realistic run down of price and upkeep. I thought id enjoy this place because of the reviews here on yelp, but instead i got the opposite. I drove 30 minutes to get a haircut here even with an appointment for them to tell me they cant do my hair. The way the manager/ owner, whoever it was, handled the situation as well after i posted my review seemed unprofessional as well. Asking somebody to remove their review is silly. So let me clarify. They claimed I carried lice and I was later checked and had nothing but dandruff like I told the stylist. In the end, the stylist told me I had lice so confidently and in front of another customer. If this was true or correct, she should have told me privately instead of embarrassing a potential client. read more

Chris is amazing! The excellent reviews about him are on point. I'm very picky about my hair. Not only did he give me a great cut and listen to what I wanted, but he made it extra smooth and silky. I'm so glad I found a new stylist who I can trust. On top of that, he has a great personality! Best stylist I've ever had. Update: I went back to Chris for a Brazilian Blowout. BAD MANAGEMENT!!! Unprofessional while booking appointments. I specifically called and confirmed before changing the time for an appointment.When I reached the location they have jotted me down as No show. Apparently the person I talked to didn't convey back the changed time. I had to go back as there was only one person working. I have booked this appointment few days back only to not mess up with the occasion I intended to go. I was at least expecting a call before they gave my slot to other people. Got a trim and bayalage done today by Madison. She did a great job and was very patient. She even had a few spots she wasn't satisfied with, so she insisted on fixing them before I left. The only thing I wasn't too excited about was the price. On here it said a bayalage was 120. I know things change depending on hair length/thickness, but I was charged $260. Imagine my shock when I paid over twice as much. I wasn't exactly thrilled with the price, but an estimate before she started would've been nice. read more

Best place in Pearland for a haircut! Chris knew exactly what to do with my hair and totally rocked it. He was super thorough and even styled my hair for me after trimming it to make sure it looked right when I had it straightened. I'm still obsessed with how smooth and silky it feels after Chris worked his magic! Jane cut my fiancé's hair and she also did a great job. Love this place. Chris was amazing. I took my chances on a Saturday seeing if they could squeeze me in last minute the next day. He was completely booked but we found a slot on Monday that accommodated my schedule. Little did I know that Chris came into the shop just for me! I got a perfect Brazilian blowout and a cut and lovely company. Chris is a joy to talk to and the 2hrs passed by so quickly. He explained the entire procedure thoroughly and gave me great tips how to take care of my hair following the treatment and how to make the most out of it. I was in the salon for 45 minutes tops (double shampoo wash, styling, and paying at the register). I really appreciate the fact that my appointment started on time, which tells me he understands and values his clients' time. I was lacking coffee that morning but his charming personality kept the conversation going and I appreciate the fact that he was an even better listener. I've gotten my hair cut twice by Alex, and each time I've been extremely happy with the results. I have Asian hair that is pretty difficult to cut, but Alex knew right away how to handle it and also made sure to cut it in a way that worked with my head shape. She's incredibly open to specific styles you may be looking to try, and will also give you her well-informed opinion. Each time I've gone it's taken no longer than 15 minutes, which may seem too quick at first. Don't freak out though, she's fast because she truly knows what she's doing. I'm fairly new to the area and I had been putting off finding a new salon for as long as I could, but traveling 5hrs back home isn't really practical. Called around to a couple salons in the area and just by my first impression on the phone with Chris I knew I would feel comfortable here. He gave me the options and suggestions for hair color. ( I was just wanting to cover some white hair that recently started making their appearance) Suggested a demi color applied it and then gave me a quick trim to get rid of my split ends. I had been debating a Brazilian blowout before going on vacation and after answering my million questions. I am now going back tomorrow to get my Brazilian blowout. The entire time he was extremely friendly and very talkative which I really enjoyed. He made me feel so comfortable and at home. I honestly felt like I have been going to him forever. They were definitely really nice here. I walked in without an appointment and they were very upfront about having a customer with an appointment scheduled to come in, in the next 10 minutes. I was asked if I would mind the wait. I let her know I wouldn't mind and sat down. After 5 minutes waiting she decided to go ahead and wash my hair while she waited for her appointment to arrive. We then decided on my hair cut which she was very open and honest of what would and would not look good. I appreciated her honesty a lot, since sometimes what I want isn't the best style for the shape of my face. Once she was done with her scheduled appointment she took her time cutting my hair and made sure it was perfect. I loved this place and their attention to detail. When I went here a few months ago, Chris did an amazing job on my hair! At first,it was a mess, tangled EVERYWHERE from damage, and just horrible! But he cut it and suggested a cut suitable for my face shape, and I still really love it! I have had minimal tangling problems and can brush my hair without losing 50% of it to a hair brush or comb :') I'm growing out my hair but will definitely be back when I need a cut, I would recommend him to anyone, he knows exactly what he is doing! He's very nice and super friendly and very talented :) Price was really reasonable too!
