Thankfully the closing was not permanent, as the business was sold and finally reopened in June of 2026 under its new owner Eric De Angelis. My girlfriend and I stopped in on a Friday evening in July and absolutely loved it. Phillies on the tv indoors, tabletop shuffleboard, a large outdoor space with plenty of seating and live music by Chris Greiner and a decent sized crowd. It was a really perfect summer evening. And the beer! I was genuinely surprised at how much I loved it! There were 8 beers on tap, plus two hard seltzers and a NA root beer. My girlfriend and I tried a few 12 oz. pours and loved it all. The Peach Please lived up to its description and tasted like peach cheesecake in a glass, while the Brotherton IPA, Juicy IPA, and Wheat Cloud Hefeweizen were all nuanced yet complex in flavor. The beer here was excellent, and we can't wait to come back to see what they brew next.

If you're lucky you might even spot their resident mouser, Taco Cat! She likes hanging out near the door and trying to escape. They have a wide variety of offerings, most of which are quite unique. The team is proud of their products - as they should be. They take time to describe their products, how they are made and how they can be used. When we mentioned a flavored product that we had somewhere else, one team member quickly went to create a Mission version with their Rum. It was delicious! The tasting room is comfortable and inviting. We had never been to Millville before. It is a charming town and Mission Spirits is brilliant asset for the community. We were seated at tables while the different wines we introduced, along with some great history and a little humor. After this program we moved to another room where we could taste a variety of wines, using the little bag of wooden tokens. Next came another tasting red wines, followed by the whites. All in all, a well orchestrated and well planned experience. We will return to pick up our new Futures purchase - but definitely will return before that occasion - during warm weather so we can sit outside and enjoy the scenery.
