Fall Fire Pit Series with my sisters.
    Mira J.

Thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit series. The live music, great tasting wine (enjoyed a flight, rosé, and Williamstown reserve), and even better company. Honestly, if I lived closer, I'd be there everyday. Following a hectic 10 week semester and crazy times at work, it was nice to unwind out in the open, by a fire. They do not allow outside food, but you can order from a local restaurant, Monalisia, which has some great selections that are very delicious paired with the wine. I will definitely be back to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere and great wines.

    white wine flight!

This winery is so much fun!! Came with my friend on a Thursday for some flights and it ended up being Disney Trivia night! It was the funnest night thanks to our server, Jessica, the owners and other staff! Everyone was very welcoming! This winery is a must to visit!!

This winery has potential but let me down on my first visit, which is disappointing given how close it is to home. First off, the seating is less than ideal. The inside looks clean and new but feels like more of a brewery to me. Kinda sterile and not very inviting despite the modern look. The outdoor seating is better, but kinda just feels like you're next to a winery rather than being immersed in it. You'll know what I mean when you go. Vineyard looks inviting but always feel a solid arm's reach away from the seating to pit it lightly. Almost like drinking in a backyard next to a winery. Additional star lost due to poor customer service. The gentleman(owner?) that greeted us and opened the door for us on the way in seemed like a legitimately nice and friendly guy, but the good customer service stopped there. The lady at the register couldn't have cared less that we were buying wine that was admittedly good, but overpriced, and gave us zero recommendations or input after we told her we were first time customers and open to suggestions. Lastly, and no fault of the business here, there were a couple older patrons here that were flat out rude in terms of oddly staring at my friends and I. Good wine, but unlikely to return given the layout and phoned in customer service.

Reserve Flight & White Flight and Charcuterie! Yummo!

IYKYK! Grateful to be on the other side of Wine Flights and Vineyard Care today... Gracious Family welcomes you to their fabulous facility and the Wine Speaks for itself! Something for every wine palate! French Oak Barrels and Delicious Grapes everywhere making this a wonderful stop on our day off! Well worth the trip from Cape May! Cheers Blue Cork Winery Team!

White Horse is located about an hour from Philadelphia. The property is beautiful, the staff laid back & friendly. We sampled two flights, three tastes in each. Some selections didn't send me (like Albarino and Merlot.). I loved the Cab Franc, but my family did not. (Good thing, since it's $42.50 a bottle.). In the mood for rose, we purchased a bottle of the reserve and enjoyed it with a charcuterie board. White Horse Winery is dog friendly, imperative since I have a little furry house guest this week. Saturday afternoon we were entertained by singer/guitarist Zac Run. (Zac makes his rounds at restaurants, local wineries and distilleries. He's quite good!) By mid-afternoon the winery was hopping with a birthday gathering and what looked like two bachelorette parties. There's plenty of seating on the porch, inside and on the grounds. I look forward to a return visit.

Their tasting room is beautiful but super cozy. I immediately felt relaxed the second I walked in. The winery is surrounded by forest and farmland. A picturesque landscape to admire while you drink wine! We sampled a bunch of their wines, and I finally tried their famous Shamong Blush and I get the hype now. It was smooth, sweet and went down easily. I really also enjoyed the Shamong Red and the Perfect Pear! Highly recommend doing a flight to sample different types of wines. They do have food onsite which they get from Summit Catering -- at the time of our visit (February 2025), we got the flatbread, cheeseboard, mac & cheese bites, and baked brie. Everything paired so well with the wine and just made it feel like a whole experience, not just a tasting. This is such a good spot to spend the day with your people. Date night, girls' day, family time -- you could easily hang here for hours like we did! And their event space is so pretty. If you're planning a wedding, shower, birthday -- this would be such a dreamy place to celebrate. If you need weekend plans, this is your sign. This was totally worth the hour drive!

The place was nicely decorated for Christmas and there was a Santa near the entrance as well. A holiday market was happening as well which was a nice activity after eating and drinking! My fiance got the holiday wine flight and they were all so unique. My favorite was the plum wine.

As for the staff, they were very friendly. We had a friend that was stuck at work and no once did we felt they were pushing or rushing us to order something as we waited. As for the menu, I thought it was okay. It's so carb heavy and the dish just didn't really scream yumminess. Their huevos rancheros was way too over cooked. The eggs where hard and their black beans where dry. As for the cheese plate, I felt the bread was not chewy enough and it just tasted old and dry. Though in fairness, I did like the candied belly and truffle mushroom. As for flight we ordered their dessert flight. It was good but almost felt like artificial flavoring was added to it. I'm not sure but that's just what it tasted like to me. I also didn't like when our late arriving friend order a separate glass for herself, they filled her dessert wine with ice. Overall, this is a good stop over if you're nearby. Though for me I'm not sure if it's a place would draw me back again.
