On my first visit, I took some items to the Snow Cleaners on Wesley Chapel Road. The person at the counter counted my items and told me that I had five items. That was after he had reviewed their policy, stating dresses counted as two items. So, when he confirmed that I only had five items and wrote up the ticket for five items, I asked him, to verify, that these dresses I gave him only counted for five items. He said yes. I think him, got my ticket and went home. After I had been home for about 30 minutes, he called me and told me that my bill would be double what he had told me before I left, because the dresses were long. I reminded him that I verified how many items I would be charged for and the amount. He just kept repeating that the dresses were long and counted double. I told him I was not comfortable with him calling me after he had my items to change the price. I went back to the store and got my items, before they actually had clean them. No cleaners was recommended to me, but I will not be giving them my business. I think you should have honored what the ticket said, but he did not do that. It was his mistake and he should have admitted to that and told me that he would honor it this time around. I am giving this business to stars, because they were very nice. read more

The owner is very friendly and understands customer service, and they deliver my clothes back to me the same day in most cases. Snow Cleaners in Decatur is not near the house, they no longer have the customer loyalty program, and they are certainly not the cheapest but I always receive GREAT service there. Just received a call about a seam on my dress that I forgot was splitting and she said they would fix it no worries they just wanted to check with me first. I am not someone who uses dry cleaners on a regular (waste of money really) but I have used their services in the past for special occasions. The service was acceptable so I went back. Last week I dropped off 2 shirts (dry cleaning) and a pair of jeans (new zipper only). Today, I picked the items up and was shocked. The shirts were $11 (which was fine) but the new zipper was $14!! I can find a new pair of jeans for less than that. The lady who checked me out was very friendly and apologized for my disappointment. There is another facility across the street from them.
