Spent a few minutes finding the tool he needed. Came over fixed it right up and didnt charge me a cent. Good service and im glad to see this place is making positive changes. One of my purchases was a compound bow which after 3 weeks of light usage snapped. They claimed it was "user error" although I've never had any issue with my draw technique and have credible witnesses who can verify this. Under Australian consumer law the product was unsafe for which I had a right to a refund but they refused. Why would anyone shop at a store that doesn't do what's right by its (former) customers?

I knew something was worn due to the slop there and some clicking and grinding sounds coming from there. My impression was that they did the work honestly and competently for an adequately restrained cost, so I'm happy with their service.

John has never rushed or pushed a decision and both he and Paul have had lot's of experience dealing with people on all levels and budgets. I love Bumps. I…read morelove it in winter because I can get all my ski equipment rented here. I love in summer because they carry a great range of surf gear and beachwear. Someone told me about Bumps a while ago but it was only last winter that I decided to venture here. Since I'm just a beginner on the slopes, it really didn't make sense for me to buy my own ski's so renting has been the only option. Even though they were really crowded and busy the day I went in, the sales staff were really attentive and helped us choose ski's, ski boots and gear, while helping us save some money by suggesting alternatives. They also gave us really good advice about layering and keeping warm (and cool indoors) which cam in really useful when we actually got to the slopes. All I can say is, with Bumps, I can't wait for next winter!
