They also re-finished two teak pieces for me in a matching espresso brown. These three pieces of wood furniture have held up beautifully over the fives years since I had them refinished. I have also had this company come to my home and do repairs to wood railing and nicked furniture. They are very professional and thorough. The craftsman who came to the house worked until he was satisfied that he had done the best possible repair. I was completely pleased with ALL the work he did. Got our floors done by them in February of 2023. They subcontracted the install, and the…read morecontractors didn't put the trim around my floors back on properly. They also left marker stains on my walls in 2 areas and didn't complete putting up the millwork in my kitchen, even though we paid extra for that. We started having issues with the floor coming up less than a year later. Now there is at least a dozen places where we are having issues with the floor. We have called to complain and see if we could get it fixed multiple times and were told we have been put on a waitlist. This was over 8 months ago and have heard nothing from them since. It has gotten to the point that we are going to have to get new floors again, less than 2 years after the install. Tried to go the the BBB and turns out they're not BBB Accredited.
