You call the office and nobody returned your phone call. We are paying for the top of the line maintenance plan, but nobody is showing up to clean the hot tub. They supposedly replaced a broken pump, but the pump is still not working. Of course they charged the card despite the work not being finished. Look for another company that is more responsive.

The installation back then went well, but if you don't sign up for their regular "route service," then it becomes "all quiet on the western front." Their service dept. was not even willing to help me escalate an issue to Hot Spring after a pump failed very shortly after the warranty period had expired. Instead, they just wanted to send out a technician for $245 minimum - including travel time from the Frisco location, even though they have regular route service customers in my neighborhood. If you want to feel like you're getting a pretty decent deal on an entry-level hot tub and need someone to maintain it for you, then sure - consider buying something from the Hot Spot Collection and have Maximum Comfort service it. But if you plan to operate, maintain and service your hot tub yourself, then I'd stay away from these guys and get something better from one of several other retailers in the County that are more responsive, reliable and represent reputable brands such as Arctic, Jacuzzi and others.
