We also had an absolutely terrible, sleazy experience with another hot tub vendor who forcibly tried to get us to buy a tub from their location. Fortunately, we shopped out some other locations including Colorado Spas. They were upfront, helpful, and really supported us in navigating the right decision. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to get our hot tub delivered - including coordinating with a crane service and an electrician. While other companies were completely unhelpful around even making recommendations or letting us know what to expect with this piece of the puzzle (we have a mountain home, so not the easiest delivery), these guys made it all seamless and got the tub here in time for my 40th birthday (which seemed completely impossible - by how many months it would take for others to get the job done). Do yourself a favor and come to this show room, then you'll see and feel the difference from there. It's a big purchase; they'll make sure you get it right. 2 months later and we're still happy we did!
