Similar to another review I asked them to only come every other week but they came more frequently and charged me. They don't let you know that they are coming or say hi when they are there so it's hard to know when they've been. I'm pretty sure multiple visits were charged that never took place at all .. but then it's hard to know for sure because of the lack of communication. I was pressured -- called on evenings and weekends -- demanding immediate payment of invoices that had never been sent to me. Legal threats as well if I did not pay inaccurate, overblown invoices. I found it worth paying simply to have no future interactions. When I pointed out the issues with timing and bulked up invoices I got a bunch of blame thrown in my face. I recommend you hire basically anybody else -- the many one star reviews across multiple platforms are well warranted.

Had a very bad experience with Black Diamond. They sent someone to repair my hot tub and diagnosed…read morethat the pump was broken. After they replaced the pump it didn't work still. I spent 5 weeks waiting for someone to come back and see why it wasn't working. Communication was terrible - they kept saying they'd come and not show up. I finally had to hire another company to come see what was wrong. They immediately identified that Black Diamond installed the wrong pump for my hot tub which is why it wasn't working and they had the new pump installed and working within a week.

We have a few pools and Peak One decided to do maintenance in two of them right at the start of pool season. The original opening for one was May 22nd and they failed to factor in plaster drying time: now it's pushing to maybe June 13th at the earliest. Can you imagine hiring a pool company that doesn't know how long plaster takes to dry? And it wasn't an emergency repair: it was planned maintenance and upgrades! Seriously if you want your pool operational you need to consider ANY company besides Peak One Pool and Spa.
