They didn't, but the gentleman working told me they were expecting some Friday. I came back today and picked up six chickens. We've never owned chickens before, and while I had done my research beforehand, I still needed some guidance. The younger gentleman who helped me was able to tell me the temperament of each breed, as well as what color eggs they'd lay and how often they'd lay. When we were ready, he boxed the chickens up for us, and then helped me pick out the best feed for them. The older gentleman who rang us up also helped carry out the feed and bedding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back for any future needs!

It's not a time consuming or complicated process to remove a water softener. And why can't they figure out when they can do this? Scheduling is not that hard. And neither is communication. I complain to hubs who tells me that this company is notoriously difficult to work with and drags their feet terribly on water deliveries so he and his colleagues are without water regularly. I have to question why anyone is using this company. Are there truly no other options in the valley? Well, we sold the house and your rented water softener is still sitting in there.
