The hurricane beat them up pretty bad. Although we feel somewhat exposed, the comfort of knowing the threat of gigormous limbs continuing to fall on us is GONE!!! They were very thoughtful about parking and communicating with my neighbors to move their cars too. Only slight feedback I'd give to improve is that they arrived about 2 hours earlier than I expected because they finished a job nearby earlier, but they didn't let me know they were on the way. I'm glad they arrived, but just a heads up would have been helpful in case I wasn't home. Overall, great service and they did a good job!
