The guy they sent - Jarin - to clean my windows was professional and friendly - and on time! He wore a mask the whole time and was careful to maintain 6ft of distance. He even offered to take off his shoes when entering our home to clean the inside windows! I was especially impressed that both the truck and the window cleaner himself were both carefully outfitted in the company's beautiful logo and livery. This alone screamed professionalism as the truck pulled up - I've had a lot of window cleaners and most just turn up in a beaten-up old car wearing old work clothes. City Creek Window Cleaning are professional at every turn! As to the quality of work, this has got to be the highest standard of work I've had yet from a window washer. I couldn't find a single drip, dribble, smear or fingerprint missed. Every pane was impeccably clean and shone brilliantly when he was done. He even made sure I knew where one window was showing some seal wear. Now that's care and attention to detail! It's amazing how much lighter our home seems now. They didn't do the quote right and had to stop work to verify the price changes with each homeowner. They didn't communicate timing or that residents would need to be home to have their outside windows cleaned from the inside. And then they pulled out of the job half way through! The owner was very unapologetic and unprofessional in his email telling us they would not be finishing the job. Which was frustrating to homeowners who rearranged schedules to make it work. Don't waste your time or money on these guys. So much of this could have been avoided if they would communicate better and take the time to do a proper quote.
