I planned a last minute event and Snyder was the only company that was able to provide all of my rentals. Since my dinner was less than a week away I had to pick everything up but the process of pickup and drop off is very organized, quick and easy. All of the linens, plates and glasses were in excellent shape. The tables and chairs had scuff marks and the gold colored silverware was a little beat up but since our dinner was outdoors by candlelight the marks were not that noticeable. I almost forgot about this vendor review for my wedding, it's easy to forget about the rentals since I did not think about them at the wedding! We rented chairs for the ceremony, chairs for the reception, and tables for the reception from them. I found it cheaper to buy table linens than rent, so I did not use them for that. Communication and renting was very easy with Snyder. They were on time (arrived before me) and had everything set up quickly so we could decorate. I rented some chairs from here for a bridal shower. Everything was just sort of okay. I submitted my order on their website and then received an email from a staff member answering all of my questions. We chose to just pick them up ourselves to save the fee and went to their warehouse to pick up the order. We first went in and told them who we were and paid for the order. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My issues come with the actual pickup. We drove around to the back where we just sort of stood there until an employee coming back from lunch asked us if we had been helped. Once we told him no, he dropped off his food and came right back to take care of us. There was a bit of confusion with another employee who brought the paperwork as it had not been marked paid after I had paid up front, but it got taken care of. After the chairs were in the car, I decided to count and make sure the correct number was there. Thank goodness I did - one of them was broken. As we took it out to return it, a hinge even came undone. They did trade it out, but come on guys. You make money off of these things - be sure to make sure one is not going to collapse when someone sits in it! They also had pretty visible wear and tear, but I guess that comes with renting used chairs instead of buying new ones. For the cost, the chairs (except that one) are very durable. I was hesitant that they would rent to me since I only needed 10 chairs, but they were more than happy to help me out. read more

We had a small company function and requested several tables and chairs to be delivered late in the afternoon. These were delivered at 9:30 in the morning which would have been OK with notice but we had to scramble to find storage space. When I went to set these up later in the day we noticed they were very dirty; there were drink stains and food on the chairs and there was dirt, grass and ants on them. We had a wonderful experience working with Snyder Events for our wedding day rentals! Snyder provided us with the most beautiful tent and dance floor for our reception.
