I remember seeing an advertisement in the store promoting "Factory or aftermarket keylees entry remotes by special order in 1 to 2 business days" I walked in and told the associate I wanted to order a remote for my 04 silverado. He told me they don't sell keyless entry remotes. I said "oh really? the sign over their says you do". He had no idea where the sign was located and I HAD TO SHOW HIM WHERE IT WAS! He then proceeded to show me aftermarket key fobs that were replacements for aftermarket alarm systems. I told him I just wanted the stock remote and he went into the back "looking for it" He comes back with the same product(the aftermarket alarm fob) and tells me the price and I ask him if it'll even work with my truck. His response "I DON'T KNOW" I ask him if he can look up a factory replacement fob and he says "I DON'T KNOW!!!!!!!!!" Holy hell. Just forget it man. The associates in this location don't even know what their store sells!!!! Just go to advance auto down the street.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER! I have never had such a…read moreworse experience while purchasing a vehicle. I drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My salesman did not want to sell me the vehicle i purchased, did not show me any feature or anything about the vehicle. I chose to buy the vehicle anyway, upon delivery the driver seat was completely busted. I reached out to the sales manager and i was promised the seat to be fixed. The sales manager also expressed i needed to return the license plate i was given with the sale of the car. (Because they charged me wrong for it) even though at this point the plate was in my name. The vehicle was driven 2 hours back to the dealership to have the seat fixed. After 1 week of the vehicle being in the possession of the dealer my salesman reached out and said the vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup and again asked for the license plate to be returned, so i came to pickup the vehicle (2 hour drive) and returned the license plate. I arrived and my seat was not fixed. The dealer apologized and wanted to "make it right" so they again offered to fix the seat and added the offer of a complimentary detail. Now after the dealer has the car in their possession for 2 weeks i am again told the vehicle is ready. I get the vehicle (again) and 4 screws were drilled into the underside of my seat and no detail or wash of any sort. After receiving my vehicle back from being "fixed" i now notice the transmission shifts very hard upon start up. Another thing i have noticed with the vehicle since purchase is the instrument cluster appears to have been replaced with one from a completely different vehicle. I am disappointed, i bought this vehicle as a gift for my father. The vehicle appeared to be a gently used reliable suv with low miles. This dealership is in the deal of bad business. They will tell you what you want to hear just to waste your time, and your families time.

The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.
