I was told it was a "legit shop," but I'm really not sure about that. It is definitely a more "informal" situation. Owner deals only in cash, which seems sketchy. What kind of business, dealing in transactions of hundreds and thousands of dollars, deals only in cash? The owner was not upfront about this, so I did not know in advance or I might have been wary earlier in the interaction. The owner towed my car to his shop, so I did not see the shop until I went to pick up my car after the job. It is in a rather out-of-the-way location. The shop does not give a very professional appearance. Old cars and parts outside. I did not notice there being any kind of formal entrance or customer waiting area. Actually the vibe was kind of creepy, and, frankly, I was glad to get out of there. The owner was also kind of patronizing toward me -- I believe it was because of my gender. With regard to "quality" and "value," I'd say this is the sort of place you might try when you don't have the money to pursue a better option. They got my car back in drivable condition at a price that was do-able for me. That being said, a few weeks later, my check engine light came on. I was advised to take it back to Sincerely Yours to have the installation work re-checked. I tried reaching out to Sincerely Yours, but did not receive a reply. Eventually I decided to take it to my local dealer. Part of the problem turned out to be a mistake that was made by Sincerely Yours -- a particular engine element was not plugged in properly. So, in short, I'd be careful of this place. You may get a cheaper price, but you might also get a creepy vibe and mistakes that cost you more time, trouble, and money.

Well it happened again, I took it to Murante Auto . Wrentec facility also replaced my rack and pinion had to bring it back due to a busted hose leaked fluid everywhere. The steering was loose it was three threads off from me losing steering killing me or somebody else. Then they offered to tow it back and fix their mistakes . I'm not going to take money from an honest mechanic(Murante Auto) . All in all these mechanics had to sign off so you're telling me all these mechanics don't really know what they're doing if they didn't catch the first thing my new mechanics caught.... I am not just bashing, this is my first negative review on any company I hate to deal with bs....I did not get nowhere with the general miniature. Maybe it was just a bad first visit but like I said I had you guys put four brand new tires on my car AC rack and pinion oil change a couple thousand dollars and I get poor quality work in return.
