Also they called me on a random day and gave me 2 days to pick up the car midweek or storage fee starts which felt like an ultimatum. I called the next day to request to withdraw the storage fee and the person picked said he can't because the owner is in vacation. Apparently the customers have to suffer because none else can take a decision while the owner is in vacation. This place is family-owned. I do appreciate the detailed inspection and overall repair, though. But they heavily lack basic people skills and organizational skills and trust me you want that.
