The day before the appointment, he asked if he could come earlier and said the original time was still fine if not. I told him we preferred to keep the time we had scheduled. I never heard back. I texted him at the appointment time, then again when he was an hour late. I called at 1 1/2 hours late. No response to anything. At 2 hours and 45 minutes late, I finally told him not to bother coming. If he had simply communicated that he was running late, we would have been completely fine with that. Making an appointment and then disappearing without a word is unacceptable.

So, very carefully they moved this set onto their trailer. Wrapped the pieces & brought it to my home. Once there they decided how to move things into place they started bringing things in. They even wiped the dust off before they brought it in the house. Start to finish everything in place was two hours. The nicest guys I have ever worked with. They offer many services.
