(and look at my other reviews, I'm much more of a complainer than a complimenter) I didn't know these (great) people, called out of the blue from the internet, I spoke to Derick (one "r" not two, by the way) and he sounded good. Later, I called and booked him. He quoted (and stuck with) a price for basic power washing. I understood that oil stains would be extra, so was ready for a possible big uptick. It was very little extra he charged. So little, I added $15 extra to the check, just because I was so pleased. Then, instead of power washing the area we agreed on, he did all that and did another area that I had not paid for. By the time I left, I could not believe how well this had gone. By the way, they showed up on time, but had to work in nasty, hot, 3pm San Fernando Valley Sun. They stayed on it, worked hard, and got it all done. Thank you Derick. I didn't use this service, but he wanted to look up my house online for estimate. Not a way to do business. He didn't want to spend the gas money to look at the job, not answer questions. I had a lot of power washing cleaning. It would have been all the concrete front and back whole house, front patio, trash bins, patio furniture. His business is listed on Nordhoff which is only 18 miles from my home. He stated, "a waste of gas money to do a small job". Derick and his team were amazing. We bought a house in Woodland Hills recently. After ripping our bushes and vines from our property it left out house extremely dirty. Not only that the previous owner spilled green paint all over the driveway and brick. We thought we were done for, and no way to remove it. We were wrong! Derick came to the rescue, people.
