I was so happy with the service provided to me by Ion! I walked them through the house and pointed out the areas that I wanted them to focus on. I was in the market for a deep clean that consisted of: - my walls scrubbed - my vents and fans cleaned - tile floors scrubbed - Window sills, blinds and shutters cleaned - Clean on bathroom and kitchen - etc. (These are things that tend to get left out of my weekly clean.) When reaching this agency I was greated well and scheduled fast. Which I liked, especially since it was last minute scheduling. Alan & Shay arrived early, which again I liked, asked for a walk thru on what I needed cleaned. Once I explained what I would like to be done they went straight to work. I have had cleaners come before and usually I work with them (yes I literally get my hands dirty too) just the way I was raised. But Alan & Shay stopped me and said I don't need to do anything, they will take care of what I need cleaned. It surprised me and put a smile to my face. I think it was because he was so tired of listening to me complain about all the other places I'd tried and how unhappy I was. He believes in "Happy Wife, Happy Life". Nemi responded to him right away and got the ball rolling. My only job was to open the door when my crew arrived. Alan and Myra came today and made my day/week/month!! Alan asked me for a walk-through during which I let him know what the previous cleaning companies did NOT do that I would like done...like moving the stuff around when dusting, dusting the pictures, dusting the ceiling fan. I got all that and cleaned baseboards, cleaning behind the toilet, the wall behind the trash can in the kitchen. My wood floors look gorgeous. I have NO complaints. Very pleased with ion cleaning. Alan and Martha came to do a move out clean of my rental unit. It was a good old fashioned disaster in that kitchen. Greasy, grimy, gross... like no way you're getting your deposit back. Alan and Martha were prompt, polite and thorough. I was house sitting for my mother and super last minute decided to hire a cleaning service to come deep clean the apartment before she came back from her trip. Nemi was so responsive and helpful. Alan and Mayra did an amazing job on our house. It was really dusty from a work in progress bathroom construction and they dusted everything. They even went over some of the furniture a couple times to get all the dust. They were very punctual and the house felt so nice and clean afterwards.
