The owner returned our inquiry call promptly, listened to what we needed, and gave us a quote over the phone. He was able to schedule us for 3 days later. He arrived on time, set up his equipment, and worked through four rooms and 2 staircases, cleaning each room of carpet thoroughly. The quote for the job was done quickly and it appears that there was some miscommunication. I wanted the driveway to be repaired and then repaved. I truly thought that it was agreed upon for the quoted price but when they finished repaving, they told me that what was quoted was not for a repair. I was ok with this as I thought we had an honest communication mistake. The window washing efforts were very poorly done. They missed some windows, and I had follow them around having to ask that parts of the cleaning be redone. I still see so many dirty spots and streaks every time I look out of some of the windows-maddening. The real issues, however, are related to the workers. When I questioned the driveway repair issue, the worker I asked got very angry and combative. In truth, his demeanor and attitude frightened me. When the team left, the one man was very angry about something, yelled and cursed in my front yard, yanked his sign up and sped away. I really don't know what happened but they were at least, unprofessional, and at most, volatile. I felt very uncomfortable with the staff. To add insult to injury, they were supposed to return to do the driveway repair but never showed. I do not recommend this company.

Also want to mention that I texted and called them repeatedly to find out what happened, and got no response. Several neighbors who were aware that I had arranged to have them do work for us, asked us how it went, because they were interested in possibly hiring them. I told them what happened. I doubt Osborne will be getting any calls from them. Finally want to mention that, amazingly, they called me today, 2 weeks after they ghosted us, to say they saw my review and wanted to make good with us. But it was obvious that the only reason they called was because they saw the bad review. They never would have bothered to call otherwise. No way I would rehire them again.
