They kept insisting on their "ONE DAY IMPLANT," and even though I wasn't satisfied with the consultation, they still charged me ₱3,000 for the online consultation and ₱25,000 just to book an appointment. Even after paying, I didn't feel confident with them, so I continued searching since my trip to the Philippines was already planned. That's when I found Tooth & Go on Google. I messaged them, and Czel was the one who assisted me. She explained everything clearly--much better than the dentist I spoke with from the B clinic. Czel walked me through the procedure, the timeline, the type of implant they would use, and the cost. I also did my own research and found out they are consistently listed among the Top 10 Dental Clinics in the Philippines. AUGUST 2025 - First Visit When I arrived in the Philippines, I went to their clinic and met Czel and Dr. Elkie, along with the rest of their staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. Their clinic is fully equipped--unlike other clinics that still need to send dental work to outside laboratories. Dr. Elkie explained everything thoroughly. A few days later, I returned for the implant procedure. Dr. Lapan was the surgeon, and although I don't remember the anesthesiologist's name, the entire team took great care of me. I had several follow‑up visits before flying back to the US. My next appointment was scheduled for January 2026 for the prosthesis placement. JANUARY 2026 - Prosthesis Placement I flew back to the Philippines, and everything went smoothly. I had multiple visits for fitting, and I even requested if they could speed up the process because we had a family gathering. They accommodated me without any hesitation. The final result was beautiful--everyone who saw it loved it. Even my dentist here in the US was impressed and asked for their contact information so she could refer other patients to them. One thing I also noticed during my visits: aside from Filipino patients, they had clients from many different nationalities. That says a lot about their reputation and quality of work. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Tooth & Go. From the staff to the doctors, from the explanations to the actual procedure, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. The equipment in the office is scary at best, would have been state of the art 50 years ago but not today. Sorry do not want a Dentist using a cell phone light because the equipment is broken. Poor work and very overpriced, charged a P1000 pesos for a single small x-ray, which other offices charge 100 to 150 pesos for the same x-ray. A full mouth Panoramic X-Ray is only a 1000 pesos. Every restoration she did has need to be fixed as the fall out or break. Nothing about dealing with Cirineo-Tumang Dental Clinic was good.

First, it's all by appointment. The dentist also takes all the time he or she needs to fix your teeth. There's no rush! The secretary, Lani, is very helpful and will remind you about your appointment a few days before. Should you need to cancel, she promptly looks for a better day and time for both you and the dentist. Second, their clinic is clean. Not just the clinic, the waiting room and the bathroom as well. Really, no one wants to go to a dental office that's dirty or smells bad. Third, there's entertainment while you're on the chair! Or maybe they only do that for the kids so they don't get scared. Well, there's a TV and the dentist won't be the kind who talks to you while there's stuff in your mouth. Fourth, they really care about their patients and they do what's best for them and their teeth. They'll answer late night messages about that painful wisdom tooth of yours. And they'll count down the days until you get your braces off.

But I'm sure that the worst, and I mean absolute worst thing that could happen would probably be a toothache. It's the kind of jarring pain that can, at its easiest leave you holding your jaw and at its worst, leave you writhing in pain. Naturally, you have to get that dealt with asap. Cudos to Pizarro being right in my backyard. All I needed to do was take a walk to get to the clinic. The doctor was sociable. Definitely not the type who just looks their patients over, gives a diagnosis and shoos you off. I appreciated his rapport. Really put me at ease. Dentists are usually scary, okay? You can't convince me otherwise. So, I've been here twice: first for a diagnosis and the second time for an extraction. The diagnosis wasn't so bad. The dentist looked my teeth over a few times and cleaned them, nothing too intense. The good part was that he was willing to answer my questions and was willing to work around the bad tooth which may have quirked during the cleaning. The extraction was a long, complicated process though. Nothing on the dentist's part. He was efficient and thorough but no matter how much anaesthetic he used (and he did top me up the minute I showed any signs of discomfort), it still hurt like the buggery. Apparently my veins are extra sensitive. It was a long two hours with my mouth hanging open. He's also good with post-surgical care. He'll tell you everything you need to know: what you can eat, what to expect, how to keep swelling down. And he does schedule a check up appointment around a week after to see how you're coming along. Most dentist appointments are crazy scary but Dr. Carlos does make you feel like you're in good hands.
