I found Mobile Detailers right here at Yelp and was immediately impressed with how the owners reach out to folks right here, replying to their posts - that's rare. I was also glad to see all the 5-star reviews, so I took the plunge. Avol came to my house in Lighthouse Pt yesterday and spent FOUR HOURS cleaning my 2018 Porsche Macan to beyond perfection. First off, he spent several minutes sharing his philosophy on auto detailing, what he does, what to expect, and through that education, made me comfortable with the process. Then he got to work. In the burning sun he washed, sprayed, rubbed down, polished and cleaned every surface area INSIDE and OUT. From trunk (yes, even under the spare tire area!) all the way up to the the headlights, that car was treated with tender, loving care. The disk brakes were screaming red like a fire hydrant, the interior leather supple, soft and spotless, the exterior blue paint sparkling like a Christmas ornament. I literally stood outside and gaped at the result. Avol assured me that if I had any issues to just call. Well, I couldn't think of a ONE, and the best was yet to come. My dear husband returned at dawn from a long trip to Antarctica, and he was exhausted. I wanted the car detailing to be a special Valentine's Day present, so I didn't even tell him I'd done this. He went out to the garage to get something and moments later came in to say: "All I can say is WOW!!! I have never seen that car so clean!" LOL! That was having seen it under the dim, interior garage light. That car is so clean I feel like I should wear bedroom slippers driving it. Main thing is, I'm SO glad I found Mobile Detailers in my area, and will definitely be a regular customer going forward. This is a tough job done in brutal weather, so I have to give a "high five!" to Avol and the crew here.

Landy and Evilio, two brothers, did a phenomenal job pumping some life into a 2015 Honda Civic. They both have car detailing companies: Waxing the Competition and Car Detailing and Ceramic, respectively. Either way, it was awesome. Not only did they come out to my home, but they were done in less than an hour. I just need to get my other car done, as well.

It appears, from his impressive web site, that his work is mostly high-end luxury cars; however, he treated my daughter's car as though it were equally important, and he accomplished what wasn't successful with several previous attempts. Our daughter attends college in Miami and began dealing with a mold issue in the back seat of her car, which eventually grew to encompass almost the entire interior. With no idea how this occurred, she attempted to clean the interior herself with vinegar and other cleaners, then had the car professionally cleaned twice, yet the mold returned. She searched for more professionals and read some amazing reviews about Avi's company assisting others with similar issues. Not only did he painstakingly remediate the mold and immaculately clean and sanitize the entire car; but his team also discovered (and temporarily repaired) the cause of the recurring mold, which was the rear windshield seal leaking into an area beneath the rear seat. Two dealership service professionals had been previously unable to determine this. He kept us advised throughout the process with many photos and videos, texts, and phone calls. We are so thankful to Avi and extremely impressed with his company! We read online that professional mold remediation can be an expensive process. It was not inexpensive; however, we soon learned that we could have saved a lot of time, frustration, and money, had she found Royal Car Care Miami first! From then on he has been doing so every Sunday until recently when another typical jack Miami driver rear ended me with a rental truck... Yay... gotta love the drivers here. Anyways. Once my car is out of the shop Avi is and will be the only person i will let clean and detail my car. Hes done such a great job that i have mention his name to everyone I know. Note he is pricey and usually handle high end cars but he is very good at what he does and is worth every penny. The one star review is because they are now ignoring me because I want my money back to cover for their damages on my property. To start, I let the gentleman drive my truck to his shop in pompano to detail at 9:05 since I am nearby. When I didn't get an update, I checked in around 12 and asked if everything was alright. A hour later I got a message back stating they would check delivery time. After a hour of waiting on the response, messaged again and received word that my truck was ready in 15 minutes. Around 2:20 I got my truck back and the paint was clean, windows clear and interior washed. One thing I specifically said when I walked around the truck with the detailer that I wanted to keep the lumber in the back of my truck and that it was not trash and sadly when I checked later it was gone. Wood is expensive these days and I had a project in store for it. Disappointing. Next. when I went to drive home I almost crashed into the back of a Bentley because whoever reinstalled my floor mats put the mat OVER the gas pedal. I had to put my truck in neutral and slam my brakes because the pedal was stuck down behind the mat. One of the scariest moments of my life that would have put me in generational debt for sure. Taking a closer walk around my truck when I got home I also noticed that the tint in my driver window had a chip taken out of it and my steering wheel logo was chipped from however they cleaned it. I know this wasn't there before because it is located on the window in the line of sight of my left mirror and I took a picture of my steering wheel/mileage before handing it off to these people. How it feels to me, is they just put aside my truck since it was at the shop, rushed to get my truck done once I messaged to check on the status, threw away my wood and then gave me an okay detail. My truck bed still had dirt in it and a staple in the back that was from the lumber I had. See the pictures for yourself and if you go with them, make sure you inspect your car closely afterwards. Take pictures of your car before and do a close walk around. Just because a company will claim a professional or supreme experience does not mean you will receive that.

They said that would be no problem and that an exterior wash shouldn't take very long anyway. Sounded good to me. It is now 12pm and 1) nobody has shown up, and 2) nobody has reached out to me to let me know that they wouldn't be coming. Incredibly poor business practice. I totally understand not being able to make a scheduled appointment, but not informing the customer ahead of time is unacceptable. Also, this being the second day in a row not being able to make an appointment on time is egregious. To top it all off, I have messaged the business multiple times in the past 30 min asking if anyone was showing up and inquiring about the scheduled wash and nobody has given any kind of response. I had given the business my phone number and address so there is no excuse there for not notifying me. Please take all of this into consideration when thinking about booking this business for your needs. Again, very poor experience.

I am 1,000% sure it was there beforehand as I'm quite OCD when it comes to my car. The owner said he couldn't do anything about this and was unwilling to help offset the damage costs for me seeing as there's no way I can prove I'm not lieing. Then sent me a picture that they took themselves (without discussing the "prior" damage with me at the time of service) stating that they noticed it missing, which only tells me that they knew they messed up when they damaged it and had a prepared excuse for when I found out. It costs hundreds to replace this unit for a used one and it was in perfect condition before he came. The buttons are not sold individually. They also did not thoroughly clean out my center console. It looked like a rushed job and I had to go and clean it myself afterwards. Use a business that won't take you for your money for both the service AND any damages your car incurs thanks to them. Or just clean your car yourself. At least it's free and you can hold yourself accountable.
