Long story short: I bought the supreme package and I ended up with items in my car being left at their shop, my BMW key and mail stolen and only returned when I confronted them, and my tint and steering wheel logo chipped. They offered to redo my tint, however I am not interested in going back to have my truck damaged more or have more items missing if I go back. The one star review is because they are now ignoring me because I want my money back to cover for their damages on my property. To start, I let the gentleman drive my truck to his shop in pompano to detail at 9:05 since I am nearby. When I didn't get an update, I checked in around 12 and asked if everything was alright. A hour later I got a message back stating they would check delivery time. After a hour of waiting on the response, messaged again and received word that my truck was ready in 15 minutes. Around 2:20 I got my truck back and the paint was clean, windows clear and interior washed. One thing I specifically said when I walked around the truck with the detailer that I wanted to keep the lumber in the back of my truck and that it was not trash and sadly when I checked later it was gone. Wood is expensive these days and I had a project in store for it. Disappointing. Next. when I went to drive home I almost crashed into the back of a Bentley because whoever reinstalled my floor mats put the mat OVER the gas pedal. I had to put my truck in neutral and slam my brakes because the pedal was stuck down behind the mat. One of the scariest moments of my life that would have put me in generational debt for sure. Taking a closer walk around my truck when I got home I also noticed that the tint in my driver window had a chip taken out of it and my steering wheel logo was chipped from however they cleaned it. I know this wasn't there before because it is located on the window in the line of sight of my left mirror and I took a picture of my steering wheel/mileage before handing it off to these people. How it feels to me, is they just put aside my truck since it was at the shop, rushed to get my truck done once I messaged to check on the status, threw away my wood and then gave me an okay detail. My truck bed still had dirt in it and a staple in the back that was from the lumber I had. See the pictures for yourself and if you go with them, make sure you inspect your car closely afterwards. Take pictures of your car before and do a close walk around. Just because a company will claim a professional or supreme experience does not mean you will receive that. read more

I am a frequent customer because they do an amazing job. My husband is OCD and finds fault in almost everything and he is always pleased with their service. I also really appreciate that they always take out both of my kids car seats, clean underneath and I even noticed that they cleaned the actual car seats as well.
