They didn't offer a refund or to make it better they just did I should try their different wax that they said doesn't have beeswax on it. But I'm not taking my chances. Will never go back there. I spent almost 1.5 weeks covered in hives. Also- the hair started growing back a few days later- like they broke the hair and didn't pull it out. So I went through it all for nothing. I have had waxing done for the past 12 years and never had an experience like this- I will be going back to Waxing the City- it's more expensive- but they use quality products.
