We had used So White about 15 years ago and were so glad to see they were still in business when we needed them. We had used other companies after them, but no one compared. Chris and Rodney were phenomenal. They came in and got right to work. We were quoted 1-2 hours for a one-bedroom apartment and they were out in 45 minutes. That's not to say they didn't get into every nook and cranny or did a shoddy job. They were meticulous and got our carpet cleaner than we had seen in years. Chris and team have now deep cleaned 3 of my rugs. The first one being a beige one that the prior cleaning company I used never really got clean, it just looked drab. Chris was super diligent to ensure I was satisfied and he over delivered, honestly. The rug looks brand new! My XL breed dog has been experiencing some incontinence due to her meds and while I was out of town, had some accidents in the living room and dining room. Reached out to Chris and they were SO fast to schedule and pick up both rugs. It does take about a week for deep cleaning, so just to manage anyone's unrealistic expectations there ahead of time, but it's so worth the wait. Big note that Chris is super friendly, incredibly mindful (knocks so quietly as to not freak my dogs out) and kept all my building entry info so he just arrives at my door. I was so excited to have them come back out and clean my stairs because they did such an amazing job last time and were so incredibly nice. Unfortunately this time I did not have the same experience. I set up an appointment with so white from the reviews. Each and everything that was put in the reviews was 100% factual. I meeting and then his brother Michael. Both of them were very very professional explain to me about everything that needs to be done how they were gonna put this on and one thing I noticed that they didn't do was have all of these extra up charges most of the people that come out to your house do. When you notice that it's an immediate turn off and that you're gonna get the shaft out of that particular project. and Michael set up the way they were gonna do their job went about their business and completely did a miraculous job from the time they started until the time the project was finished. They even tried to get some stains out of the couch that were obviously there for quite a while. That was impossible but what they did do is put a special spray on there for me that would take away the odors and said for me to go to one of the retail stores to pick up couch covers and put couch covers over the top of them, and they would still be good for quite a while because the Pillow still had quite a bit of fluff to the pillows of the couches. For the size of both of the rooms and the stairs that they had to do you really couldn't ask for more reasonable price from this very reasonable company thanks guys very much O . It was a pleasure from the starting point of receiving the phone call from Chris's wife to meet Chris and Michael to do the job. I would highly recommend. Results were not what i expected. Job performed included, A two-level single, Plus 15 stairs around 600 sqft. total. $190 +tip. PROS: 1.- Very accomodating to your requests. 2.- Punctual 3.- Fast Response 4.- Stains spots are gone. CONS: 1.- Final result is just ok (see pictures) You can still clearly noticed a darker path on the carpet I wish he put more time, emphasizing on the frecuent walking path so i guess results could have been better. After waiting two days of drying wishing results will look better as i was told by Chris i can say that unfortunately i will probably not hire his services again. read more

I have a five month new carpet bought from RH. My cat pees on it. So I called So white to come to my house to clean it. But just before they come . They called me to let them take the carpet with them to clean it instead of clean it in my house. I refused . When they came they consist to take it with them and they said they only can clean it once if clean in my house. If take carpet with them they can clean it several times to make sure it cleaned. So I let them took the carpet with them . At same time they ask me to pay $100 for deposit. I told them you have not do anything and taking my experience carpet with you. I will pay you after you bring it back . But they consist to let me pay them $100 before they took my carpet. I rely on them can clean my carpet. So I paid $100 in advance. Today my wife and I had the pleasure and honor of having our carpet "Steam Cleaned" by the Owner of "So White" Carpet Cleaning LLC. Mr. Chris White and his additional working staff member Mr. Rodney King! First and foremost, they were very timely and professional. They came in and assessed the spaces that needed to be cleaned and got to work! I had a 40-45min. Zoom Session so I simply sat on my balcony out of their way. By the time I was done, every space in our apartment was smelling amazing and the carpet looked brand new! They strategically and methodically worked their way through each space without disrupting anything! And, on top of that, they did it without interrupting us at all. Once they were done, the Owner Mr. White came back in and thoroughly explained everything that they did, he received our payment and then he even provided us with disposable ("Booties") shoe covers so that we could maneuver around! I needed extra "umph" in carpet cleaning for some cat "issues" - and so I did research on Yelp to find the best deep clean carpet cleaner. So White was not my initial call - another carpet cleaner with more Yelp votes was. When that other company came out - I liked them, they got out their purple light and proceeded to "up sell" their initial phone quote (which I was frankly fine with). My partner, however, just had a "bad read" on the technician and so we canceled with them and didn't go with their "higher bid" after they came out to "inspect" the areas to be cleaned. If you read reviews for that other company - you will see I wasn't the only one that was told a higher cost once their technician came and went over the areas to be cleaned with their "pet stain flashlight". Enough said about them. Yesterday I booked with So White and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. Like clockwork, 20 minutes before they arrived, I received a call from my scheduler to "let me know" my technician was on his way. Nice touch! The next thing I noticed about their technician Michael, was that after inspecting the areas to be cleaned - he actually gave me a final quote that was on the lower side of the range that was given to me over the phone. I also mentioned Yelp and he said a firm and fast, "No problem". Love!! AND another difference - he told me to pay him AFTER he was done and not before. That is pride and excellent, true customer service! Michael did a thorough enzyme treatment on ALL areas to be cleaned and did such a thorough, super job on the carpets. He was also courteous, neat and respectful of the fact that I live in a condo complex - so he didn't have hoses or material thrown about on the side walks. He was very tidy.
