That's not to say they didn't get into every nook and cranny or did a shoddy job. They were meticulous and got our carpet cleaner than we had seen in years. Chris and team have now deep cleaned 3 of my rugs. The first one being a beige one that the prior cleaning company I used never really got clean, it just looked drab. Chris was super diligent to ensure I was satisfied and he over delivered, honestly. The rug looks brand new! My XL breed dog has been experiencing some incontinence due to her meds and while I was out of town, had some accidents in the living room and dining room. Reached out to Chris and they were SO fast to schedule and pick up both rugs. It does take about a week for deep cleaning, so just to manage anyone's unrealistic expectations there ahead of time, but it's so worth the wait. Big note that Chris is super friendly, incredibly mindful (knocks so quietly as to not freak my dogs out) and kept all my building entry info so he just arrives at my door. Rug was cleaned poorly. Most blatantly, there's an obvious piece of gunk (pictured) which looks like they didn't even try to get it out. There's also a lot of hair on it, and the smell is unpleasant even after letting it air out for a day. I thought that when I picked up they would roll out the rug to show me the results, but they met me on the street with it in a bag. After rolling it out, it doesn't look to be noticeably cleaner at all. I set up an appointment with so white from the reviews. Each and everything that was put in the reviews was 100% factual. I meeting and then his brother Michael. Both of them were very very professional explain to me about everything that needs to be done how they were gonna put this on and one thing I noticed that they didn't do was have all of these extra up charges most of the people that come out to your house do. When you notice that it's an immediate turn off and that you're gonna get the shaft out of that particular project. and Michael set up the way they were gonna do their job went about their business and completely did a miraculous job from the time they started until the time the project was finished. They even tried to get some stains out of the couch that were obviously there for quite a while. That was impossible but what they did do is put a special spray on there for me that would take away the odors and said for me to go to one of the retail stores to pick up couch covers and put couch covers over the top of them, and they would still be good for quite a while because the Pillow still had quite a bit of fluff to the pillows of the couches. For the size of both of the rooms and the stairs that they had to do you really couldn't ask for more reasonable price from this very reasonable company thanks guys very much O . It was a pleasure from the starting point of receiving the phone call from Chris's wife to meet Chris and Michael to do the job. I would highly recommend. Today my wife and I had the pleasure and honor of having our carpet "Steam Cleaned" by the Owner of "So White" Carpet Cleaning LLC.
