This review is way over due. We found jay a couple months ago and he came same day to give us a quote made an appointment the next day and our carpet was beyond dirty it was so disgusting. After he cleaned our carpet with his own carpet solution it looked like a brand new carpet, we discussed allergies because my son has bad dust allergies and he gave us his recommend opinion how often we should get the carpet cleaned. From the time I called him I knew we called the right guy, we were going to call somebody else to get our air ducts cleaned and after he heard us talking about it he said they do that too which was great because we already liked him.
