I have 14 wool area rugs in my house and I have now had 2 puppies in the last 5 years. I really love the patterns on my wool rugs but also had to house break my male puppy followed a year later by my female puppy. I woke up to a mess. I found bed bugs and freaked out. I got a mattress bag from Home Depot, carefully put the king size bed in it and tossed off my 3rd floor patio. I called Los Angeles Carpet Cleaning because my normal guy was too busy for me. I spoke to a guy named Charlie, he was great. He let me know one of his guys could be there same day by 4pm. I needed help faster and Charlie sensed the urgency, so Charlie said, "I got you, Mike" don't worry, I'm on my way right now, I'll do it myself. Charlie jammed over and took control of the situation like a boss. My Carpet used to be beautiful and white. But who the heck has extra money to keep spending on Carpet cleaning when the democrats are busy ruining California! Charlie had everything done in a fair amount of time. Charlie pre-sprayed, scrubbed and steamed the life back into my carpets. He used conditioners and brighteners that were a game changer. After the carpets dried, bing m, bang, boom, they were bright and fluffy soft. I've never felt my carpets this soft before. I honestly don't know how he did it, but he's got the magic. He knows his stuff. Very professional, friendly and compassionate to our issues. Charlie is my new Carpet guy all the way. Justin did an amazing job restoring our 12 year old couches with dog vomit stains and hair that had never been professionally cleaned to almost new looking status! He was thorough, obviously knew his job incredibly well, and we just let him get to work and tell us what we needed to do to maintain it. It cost $430 to do both couches. Considering it costs over $100 just to buy a DIY couch cleaning tool at Home Depot PLUS all of the lost time and lack of expertise compared to a professional, I consider it a solid investment to keep my furniture's lifespan MUCH longer. He recommended we vacuum at least monthly and get professional cleanings every 12-18 months to maintain them, which was really educational (and embarrassing) to realize, since we honestly had no clue. I was very happy with how personable and professional he was and he answered my questions and concerns straight away. After reading the reviews and ratings on various platforms, I called Los Angeles Carpet Cleaning for a quote. It was nearly 1/3 of the quote for the "fancy" company I'd been referred to (who had worse ratings, btw.) Communication was clear and friendly, and Richard stayed as long as it took to do an excellent job. We had a pretty gnarly stain on our upholstered headboard that had built up over years of hair product, etc., and Richard got the headboard looking like new. Absolutely terrible! First of all they had forgotten they had a booking with me, and after a few days of trying to find parking, Jevon arrived & spent 1h trying to get the hoover & steamer working. Then he did light steaming, and our 2 sofa chairs were only cleaned on the front - not the sides or back! We were charged for pre-stain treatment but he did not do this either! He spent 1 &1/2 just jet cleaning the carpet from our 2beds and staircase. I was very unimpressed & had to ask him to clean our closet again as he had only done the front.
