This was a cute and efficient bath station for pets! It has everything you need. Yeah, it can be hard to wash your fuzzy family member in the 10 minutes- no big deal- just purchase another 10 min. $30 for 20 minutes and it includes shampoo, conditioner, rinsing and blow drying. We all know grooming places are more expensive but this is designed for the quick wash and go experience in-between proper care. It's also 24/7! Ahwatukee can be ruthless with their reviews to tear down small businesses- I don't understand all the negativity it gets. It was suitable and all expectations were met! Be aware it's extremely expensive to wash your car here yourself. I was there maybe 20 minutes and I have a $47 charge on my card which is absolutely insane. The only reason I didn't go to a car wash is because of bumper issues not sure a car wash would make it worse which is why I thought washing it myself here would be better but after that price ummmm yea I will just wash it at home. Like other people have said the dryer is meh so being charged that much because it took forever to even half way dry it is disappointing. read more

Next time I will stop after power washing the mud off and drive through for the rest at cobblestone down the street, otherwise its a really expensive carwash unless your incredibly efficient. read more

I used the self car wash for less than 6 minutes. Turned it off and come to find out I was charged $25.00 when I checked my credit card bill. I tried to dispute the charge and they denied it. No receipt and no way to prove how long you were there. Never again. read more

This location is a scam. I always wondered why it was empty in here and now I realized it upon the first time using it they charge you more than one dollar per minute to wash your car. It took me 20 minutes to wash my vehicle and it charged me $25. The dryers are also absolute garbage. They do nothing to dry the car. I ended up leaving with a $25 deficit and a car that was more dirty than when I got there. read more

I took my dog here and this place is kind of a scam. You pay $15 for 10 minutes, including the dryer. It takes 10 minutes for me to dry off my dog as it is! No towels or brushes or anything to help with the clean either. Do not bring your dog here. read more

Great place with fantastic customer service. I took my truck here to get washed and it didn't rinse all the soap off so the gentleman working there ran my truck through again and then it still didn't wash off so he personally re-washed my truck by hand for me and apologized and also told me they are installing a brand new system next week. Good place to take your time and make sure the car gets clean! No one rushes you, they have plenty of equipment and they offer rags and window cleaner w/o charge just make sure to return them. Definitely will be coming back. read more

It's a money pit. On both the car wash and vacuum service it's set up so if you don't shut it off it's keeps charging you. The foam brush needs replacement and can easily scratch your car. Also, there wash no attendant to assist with my questions. A walk around the entire building and no one was present. read more

I was glad this placed had enclosed room for bathing your dog. I liked the way their setup contains two separate stations to bathe your dog. They also have treats for dogs. However, I was quite disappointed, it does not have a place to pay with cash bills or coins, be prepared to pay with your debit or credit card. Mind you it only gives you ten whole minutes to bathe your entire 90lb Doberman. Which their ten minutes is like five minutes in real time! Which it dies give the rinse option, shampoo, tick flea shampoo, conditioner, wash your station, dry mode. Downside is the water coming out of the hose is like you actually paying for water in Mexico. It took most of the time to pre soak then to shampoo was the challenging part since you have to use both hands to scrub him down. Then, you really need to hurry up for the last 90 seconds to rinse him off. Which of course it's impossible. Who bathes their 90 pound dog in less then five to ten minutes. So, by then I had to pay another $10 dollars to try to rinse him off and use conditioner for his coat. Tried to use the blow dryer which is ok. Definitely did not any time left to rinse off the station completely. After the next couple of days my dog has been shedding like crazy and has had dandruff since then. I can definitely say it's not worth the $20 dollar 10min dog wash. It doesn't give you enough time to bath him completely or rinse him off entirely. My excitement for this dog wash has been doomed. read more

Worst self car wash I've ever used, and I have used many. Swiped my card and turned dial to Bug Off and nothing happened. Then I turned the dial to the Tire cleaning setting and again nothing, so I ended the cycle figuring the bay must be broke. Went to another bay and same thing, but I also tried the Foam Soak and that began working, but only water, no foam, and not very high pressure. After about a minute I could see a very small amount of suds. This is after the meter had already been running for three minutes as I cycled through the bug off and tire clean already. Recognizing this car wash is terrible, I turned the dial to rinse, rinsed my vehicle, and ended the wash cycle. Probably cost me $10-$15 for something I definitely could have done with my garden hose! Stay away! Huge ripoff! read more

I'm not a fan of the many Auto car washes around the area. Soak + Shine has recently update their bays and area. I love it. I don't not like using coins to pay, the facility has been upgraded to pay with your credit cards. Plenty of room to clean your vehicle in the wash bays. Provides High pressure water with selections for Bug Off, engine/tire soak, high pressure wash/rinse, healthy scrubbing brush, triple foam conditioner, ceramic coating option, spot free rinse. Bays also have a hand held blower thou hose takes some technique to get around far side of car with out dragging it over your vehicle, was handy for getting my car dry without water spots. The high pressure wand is a bit awkward to hold when spraying at the lower sections of the vehicle due to how the hose is connected to the wand via the high pressure fittings. Over all fantastic, exiting the wash bays you have access to vacuum stations and compressed air. Love this! There is also various parking spots around the area that have compressed air stations if all the vacuum stations are occupied. On a Sunday, there were employees making rounds keeping the area clean and tidy. The vacuum areas have window cleaner bottles with microfiber towels on hand which is a return after use kinda of set up. Superb! Thanks to the owners for the upgrade and in a healthy neighborhood. Honestly I have washed my car at other car washes about five times and they have not been able to get the spots on my windshield off and then one wash my windshield looked fantastic and my car looks great overall.
